Since the transition to Batleys, the service in the bar has completely gone down hill. the previous bartenders were social, fun and made it a great experience. The recent change in bartenders has completely ruined the experience for us as frequent regulars. The bartenders are not personable or friendly and never smile. The bar can be almost empty and it takes forever to get them to take your order because they are doing other stuff. You have to call them over. The one bartender you are constantly staring at his underwear because his pants are falling down. The supervisor who was behind the bar, (Christa or Kristen or something) looked like she would rather be anywhere else than at work. You need to bring back people like Liz and Nicole to the bar to make this a good experience. If you don't do something, you are going to lose local regular customers. We have already debated looking for another nearby bar and grill if things don't get better. We have spent thousands of dollars in this place.

The new menu seems to have quite a few items on it that look quite good. I’ve eaten there a few times with good experiences each time. The food quality was good. The service was good and the prices were good overall very pleased and look forward to trying new items on their menu. It was very cold inside. Everyone was wearing sweatshirts or coats. I had eggs Benedict. The eggs were overcooked and the hashbrowns were greasy.
