I used to love this place, the food there now is not the same, some bland (sushi), some stale (honey chicken). The general tso's is spicy. The chow mai fun was okay.

Since the owners changed I didn't have high expectations but the food was good. Could be a little warmer and new recipe for the Chinese donuts. Overall very good.

My understanding is this biz is under new management. I've been patronizing this location for many years on and off. I was overall very pleased with my experience. My only complaints were i didnt see any spring rolls and they typically have these. The other issue was their rib meat was very dry which typically isn't the case.

The buffet isn't too bad a bit pricey though. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ODERING OUT THOUGH. We had swore off doing this due to weird quality issues but due to the snowstorm we went for close proximity, we paid for it. Our order of general tsao was really the worst Asian food any of us had ever had. I believe it was actually chicken at one time but it was so hard ALL the way through and crunchy that it seemed like they had microwaved is WAY to long or something so that is hardened it up to the point that it was virtually not edible. The only thing edible was the broccoli, so we paid $13 for limp broccoli. I believe now that they don't even pull the orders from the buffet food. It seems like old buffet food from a fridge the microwaved upon an order. Because there is no other way to virtually have the meat inside the breading disappear??
Now under new ownership...it used to be my favorite Chinese in Neenah, but it's not as good any more. I won't be going again, sadly.

If you’re looking to have unpleasant bathroom experiences after a meal, look no where else than this establishment.Don’t ask why, but I’ve unfortunately been here on more than one occasion. Only because I can’t choose for myself and just go along with my coworkers. The food is just okay on its best days and sometimes it’s horrible. In the bad days it’s definitely bad.But in reality it’s your typical Chinese Buffett. Fill yourself with below average cuisine till you can’t feel your knees and hate yourself for multiple reasons for the rest of the day.Good luck on your adventure and make sure a bathroom is available on your way home. Also it wasn’t great under the old owners and not great under the new ones.

Absolutely love everything about our little Chinese Buffet here in Neenah! Delicious and fresh food, cleanliness is always what it should be, and service is reliable. Speaking of service, this time I came in, Al, a gentleman that only started 3 weeks ago, provided the best service I've had EVER experienced by any server. I've always tipped, regardless of how I was treated, but had barely enough to cover my take out. Seeing me struggle, refused anything from me!! So, I'm paying it forward when I'm able of course. He started there to cover the owner's time while they are in holiday, but I PRAY I see him again!!!10/10 recommend

We ate there Christnas Eve. We did not know it was under new ownership - but you could tell right away something was wrong. Vast majority of our favorites were gone -- the ones left were different -- and not for the better. The Hot/sour soup that I always loved there was more like flavorless broth of some sort. No ice cream for kids to have for dessert either. We sat across from cashier area and had to listen to constant phone ringing which, when asked, cashier said was their fax machine. Very annoying! We missed the former owners - they had great food and service. We'll give the new owner a chance or 2 to improve their menu -- but if they don't we'll go elsewhere. They should ask past owner for recipes!! ANOTHER issue was they had no gloves out to use at the buffet! That's scary to me. It's such a simple thing for the customers.
