This tullar rd Jimmy John’s is literally the best one in the area. The food is always top notch and made with love, it’s exactly what I asked for; and you can tell everyone here likes their job. I go out of my way to go to the Tullar Rd Jimothy Jonathan’s for the experience and food. Keep it up folks!

Delivery took over an hour and sandwich was missing. Manager did not apologize and didn't seem interested in rectifying the situation in a timely fashion. Better off ordering somewhere else until they can get their problems sorted out.

Ordered food through delivery on app. Has 3 step tracking with no GPS. My order sat on "Being delivered" for 40 minutes before I went outside to check if it arrived. It did arrive at some point within the 40m with a pile of snow on top. Update your delivery tracker!

My wife ran in to get me a sandwich and soda because I was shaking from not having enough to eat after taking my insulin. It was 8:30 p.m. and we thought since they're fast and supposed to be open until 9:00 p.m., it wouldn't be a problem. My wife asked if they were still open and the young guy said, "Yeah" in a manner as if he was being bothered. The young female was cleaning something and appeared as if she wasn't paying attention. My wife came back to the car disgusted. After she walked out the door, I saw the guy and girl look at each other and smile. Never had this problem at any of the Jimmy John's in Green Bay. Will never go to the one in Neenah again.

Nothing worse than having to repeat your order multiple times because the kid at the register has earbuds in and can’t hear the customer. ?♀️
So we went there tonight and apparently two of the workers got into a fight one has disabilities. The other one does not, and they were all on something. I am not sure because when I have the girl was taking my order, she zoned out looking in the corner of a building and the guy who wrapped her subs could not understand the concept of grabbing one paper I would not recommend this business. The owner needs to contact me thanks

Won't deliver to delivery personnel. I was going to be at a physical park point for 30 minutes but since I was walking no more than a block from that location they wouldn't deliver. All it takes is a phone call upon arrival to get the exact address.
