Ordered a sandwich without big Mac bun meaning middle bun. Got burgers no bun at all. Staff said that's how it was ordered nothing they could do.

I travel between Neenah and Oshkosh a lot and usually stop to get my food in Oshkosh. Recently I have been stopping in Neenah at this particular location because the order accuracy for me so far has been 100% as opposed to the Oshkosh locations who have messed up my order multiple times in a row at each location. I can confidently leave this location without checking my bag before leaving the parking lot. Its also got a pretty nice and cozy interior and a play area for your kids.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for the kids.

McDonald's no longer has refills for soft drinks. And if you are not ordering from one of those robots, the human order takers act like you are imposing on them to take your order. I'll go to Tom's from now on.

went up to drive thru and coyldnt bring up my code was told I had to use the pay app also in order to get ky 1.00 sandwich. Customer service was not initiated and should have been able to still get my sandwich since I was already at the window paying. thats why you get a qr code. So you shouldnt have to do everything on your phone. 2/12/24. a.m green bay road store . manager or shift lead needs re training

Tables by kids area never get cleaned. Asked for our table to get cleaned never got cleaned gross….my quarter pounder was pink on the inside….lots of kids with one adult running her head off feel bad for her….drive through is best option.
