Have never had an issue with a pizza from the Hut until my last order. Pizza was well done, overcooked, burnt, crust wasn't cut through, tasted like a pizza that was cooked, sat too long, then nuked and thrown in a box. Absolutely shameful! Green Bay Rd, Neenah, Wi

We were told 25 to 35 minutes for delivery. We got a text telling us 9 minutes for delivery. Which is 45 minutes from when we ordered. Ended up being 65 minutes after we ordered. Pizza hut is 8 to 10 minutes from my house. It took 26 minutes to get to my house.

Driver ignored contactless delivery option and seemed irritated having to wait after we finally realized the food was here. Quality of the food has gone down over time and the dough was barely cooked enough to not need to go in the oven.
Amazing place every time I order from here. staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond if they are out of stock of an item. will come here more often

Outstanding service! I had a long day and last thing I wanted to do was cook after cooking and entertaining all weekend for the holiday. I was delivered the wrong pizza (these things happen) I called them up and they had offered to re-make my pizza. I’m not sure if they now normally use door dash, but one of their staff members came and delivered my pizza because they felt their driver would take too long and didn’t want me yo have to get a cold pizza. Now that’s some service you just don’t really see much anymore these days. Good work Pizza Hut!! Thank you!
