I ordered my chips and queso and went to Pick my order up and the guy didn't ring me up and tried to give me change out of his pocket and he didn't have enough to give me so I told him to keep the change. It was Saturday the 23rd around 230pm or so. I just thought that was weird.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff but the food was not good. Super greasy, unseasoned and super chewy steak. Thankfully I’m not allergic to shell fish because there was a shrimp in my steak fajita. No one in my family finished their food. We will be sticking to fiesta rodeo in Appleton.

Service wasn't its normal. We were never brought the chips and salsa until we asked and then our meal came out almost right behind that. Lime blended margaritas tasted like water. Items were missed from our order. First time we have been disappointed here.

My wife and I enjoyed the food and service at Solea Mexican Grill. We had a fajita plate and a large burrito plate. Both meals were tasty, filling and portions were generous. Immediately after being seated, chips, salsa and bean dip were delivered to our table followed by our beverages. Meals were moderately priced. We will definately eat here again when we get back to the Valley.

?Food was yummy at Solea in Neenah, WI. We went about 3pm on a Sunday. Hardly any customers there.-Fajita Salad w/chicken was Very Good!-Steak & Mushroom Chimichange w/Fries aka fried chips. It was good!Service was wonderful.Will go again???Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to Glutens.

It was my husband’s birthday today and I had him pick someplace to get dinner that we could take home and enjoy during the Super Bowl. What a HUGE mistake!!! We called our order in about 2:00 for pickup at 4:00. Got there at 4:00 but it wasnt ready. We.waited about 10 more minutes and someone gave us the bag with our $43 order. We were surprised the order wasn’t ready as there were NO CUSTOMERS in the place. We went home and prepared to enjoy our dinner. More surprises awaited us. We were missing one our desserts — as Mexican ice cream needs to stay frozen we looked for the second one which we were charged for but didn’t receive. My husband called to let them know we were missing a Mexican ice cream—they listened but they really didn’t sound surprised. We hung up and went to our meals which were cold like they had sat on the counter since 2:30. Then we went back to the dessert for another surprise. There was a taco bowl with a scoop of ice cream in it and a cherry on top. Never saw this kind of Mexican ice cream. Needless to we don’t recommend this place for anything, unless you're looking for disappointment and a cold meal. Not what I planned for when all wanted was a nice meal for his birthday. It was an expensive and disappointing meal. I think word must be getting out as there wasn’t a single customer when we were there at 4:00 on a Sunday.

Was very disappointed in the meals we had We a four vietnam veterans All of our servings we not hot Plus vacuuming around Was not good I realize It isn't electric vacuum Whatever is wasn't good

Didn’t even eat here. The guy with a long beard and glasses sat me and threw the silverware on the table knocking over the salt and pepper. I was going to meet 2 friends here and within two minutes comes to the table and asks where they were at. I asked if I should leave and he said no but him and a waitress sitting in a booth proceeded laughing. I was only here for about 4 minutes in total before leaving. I realize it was 8:30 and they close at 10 but they were super rude. Would not recommend and will never come back.
Ordered 2 plates to go. Carne asada and the Solea sample plate. Service was great and the staff was very friendly and the food came out very fast. That's what I was afraid of it coming out so fast that it tasted reheated and that is exactly what we recieved. The sample platter comes with nachos, taquitos, mini flautas, quesidillas and carnitas. Thank you for taking the time to box my taquito separately because it was the only edible thing besides the piece of steak in rhe carne asada plate. The sample platter had everything thrown together in layers starting with chips, some gross chicken or pork, then flautas on top, then quesadillas on top of the flautas, then taquitos on top of all that all slathered in a sauce that looked like marinara sauce and not Pico de Gallo. The food tastes old especially the guacamole that we didn't even eat more than just to try it. I ended up throwing away most of my food because after unstacking the layers of food thown together like a feeding trough and laying them on another plate to give the food a chance, it was all soggy and falling apart and the chips tasted like they were made last month and the rice. I make Mexican rice daily and have been a cook and I know when food has been reheated. I'm not sure where all these good reviews come from? Maybe it's better when you sit down to eat? Idk ?♀️We trier take out to go about a year ago and had the same experience with bad and soggy food but were hoping it would go differently this time. Thank God we had a gift card and didn't spend too much. Will never go back.

Had their loaded steak fajitas. They were so delicious ?. Unlike many places I've been, the steak here was actually very tender and juicy. Top notch. The fact that kids eat free on Sunday if you ask makes this a perfect after church meal. Since we didn't have to pay for the kids... We were able to splurge and get an amazing quesadilla appetizer. So good.
