Completely messed my order up just because your close to closing time doesn’t mean fake 15 minutes to make 2 for longs and a protein bowl which by. The way order double meat and there was and messed up both my sub ordered and now I can’t even sit and enjoy my food like I want to because I’m picking off things I didn’t even ask for !! Sloppy do better and pay attention to customers when ordering it’s your job to serve what’s asked not just make a.e and when I called to talk about like 4 times no answer poor and sad service no enthusiasm what so ever from the closing guy tonight

not very fond of this location anymore. went yesterday with my fiance and ordered a pizza sub. the girl didn't know how to make one until she made another boss sandwich when I explained that I would like a pizza sub. I'm glad she asked someone how to make one. she then said to me I would get the other one for free infront of my fiance and then changed her mind. she was very rude. won't be coming here anymore. I'd rather go to the subway in the Fox river mall.

This subway in particular, without fail consistently manages to get my order wrong every single time through the drive through. i live close, so i go often because i like subway, but for every 10 times i go, there is an issue with my order 8/10 times. I dont know what the issue is. It's seriously like the employees are not listening, putting a blind fold on with a spinning dart board and throwing a dart to decide what to put on my sub. I think a chimpanzee could be more accurate in building a sandwich.

Extremely sketchy? I never asked for extra anything yet I was charged for double ingredients; when I checked the charge details on my banking app it doesn't say it's a charge from Subway. I have visited this store in the past too and the transaction was labeled correctly as Subway with the right store number. This time the transaction just appeared as "Store" with no other merchant information. It feels like they may be doing some illegal practices and I highly recommend that you do not visit this Subway.

Placed an online order for a turkey sandwich with bacon, provolone cheese, mayo, and extra lettuce. There was no cheese and hardly any bacon or even mayo. There was lettuce, but certainly not extra. It was practically like biting in to hard bread with turkey and lettuce. I don't often write bad reviews because I understand everyone makes mistakes and you can't always be 100% all the time. If the employees had been nicer than I would've let this one go, but they were not very friendly. I typically love subway and the online ordering makes it so quick for me to just pick up after work. This experience will definitely keep me away for awhile, at least from online ordering.

ordered 3 full platters to feed 45 people at my business. i was told each box would have 15 sandwiches. Picked up my platters and each box had 10 sandwiches... called and I was told that I need to cut the sandwiches into 1/4's... so now my 45 team members can all get 3 in worth of a sandwich, and they can fight over the last 14-15 sandwiches left over. I have a pretty large team, normally over 150+, that I feed quite often... thanks for saying sorry though!

The “kids” working there didn’t care about their jobs. Unprofessional! I could’ve had a mentally challenged kid make my food better than they did and when I asked them to fix the issues, they just gave me a blank stare like I was growing a uniform horn out of head. They were probably high.
