So everyday i come here. M t w f the man come at 630am and ready to serve. Its 656am right now and the manager just walked in lets see if she opens the doors at 7am 1 min to go. This really is unfortunate because the door says open at 7am now im forced to goto mcds to wash my cup out.

This is the 2nd time in 2 months I ordered a foot long club with lettuce and tomatoes. No dressing! I received mayo on the sandwich both times! I have an allergy. I had to give away the sandwich. Never will order from them again.

My one-star review is NOT because of the employees or the food. Both of the employees my girlfriend and I talked to were lovely and very nice. The subs were good, as expected.My one-star review is because of the fact that the store lost air conditioning yesterday (8/23) in the ~100°F weather, and the employees still had to work both yesterday and today. The fact that the management chose to keep the store open with no air conditioning in hot weather with various meats and produce sitting out is plain awful and a food safety hazard. Be better to your employees and your customers.EDIT: The regional owner, Max, was a complete jerk to my girlfriend who called to complain about the AC. It was very classless and distasteful. He was trying to excuse the fact that he was new and had only worked one day and hung up on her. He also thought it was important to bring up that he wasn't making much more than minimum wage.

Whoever is working @ 430pm today should not be working. She was yelling, complaining and throwing things around because she was mad we “had a big order” online for 3 subs. Felt totally uncomfortable and completely uncalled for. I feel bad for the 2 other employees who walked in to start their shifts as she’s rampaging. Will not be going back

Did a pick up order on the App and planned on sitting in the parking lot until it was finished. The gentleman working actually brought it out and asked my name...and delivered it to my car! Awesome customer service!!

Walked into the establishment, was mean mugged by an employee, who then went in back and started chatting with her other employee. As I stayed in the lobby completely ignored. I walked out.

This is the Subway our GrubHub routes to and they get our order wrong every single time. Today we ordered a meatball sub and it was delivered without meatballs on it. No joke. If the owner of this business reads this please know you have a serious problem. We will make it a point not to go to this location again.

Go to one of the other subways. There is always 1 or 2 people working, management nowhere to be found, lobby closed or ignoring the drive through, and the only thing they can consistently do is mess up your order. You're almost guaranteed to have a mistake on your order if you order on the app. I have worked in fast food management in the past, and its obvious that this store's failures are a reflection of the management (or lack of). The undertrained employees are left taking the heat for those failures. It's no mystery why staffing is short. Do better.

The food was ok, however the person with their hood up making my sub seemed like he was somewhere else. Not sure why they would let kids run the store.

The food was good other then the workers forgetting to put on the tuna on one of the two subs we ordered, we sat in the drive through for 25 minutes at least after a worker said one moment we then went inside to an empty store with no one but 3 workers lounging around,

I didn't notice the menu had changed and now the philly includes mayonnaise. Yuk. Got home and realized, I was so disappointed. Took it back and they pointed out the menu now includes mayo, 100% my fault for not reading the menu. I have been ordering Philly sammies for years and didn't bother double checking the menu. Employees understood and remade my sandwich, thank you so much for doing that!!!!
