Barely any ingredients in my tacos. Employees were loud and service was slow. Customer after me brought his order back in because it was incorrect and he waited a long time for his order. They weren't even busy. Will never go to this location again.

I went to the drive thru at 8:40am. No one else is there , both inside or drive thru. I was told the register in the drive thru was not working and to come inside. I asked why she couldn't take my order and put it thru. I was told I am not walking over there to put the order in. I guess that is one way to say you don't want to work.

Slow service people standing and talking not concentrating on getting there job done obviously management doesn't care about how long it takes since it should be about 3 minutes per a customer as long as they're prepped and stocked. Customer service was not pleasant very grumpy. When you're doing customer service you leave your attitude at home

Truly disappointing for taco bell. Staff was terrible, and got our order wrong. To there credit, the food they did get right was delicious. They did nothing to remedy the situation. They also put the heavies item on the top, smushing half our order. Will not be coming again.

Workers are condescending and rude when asking for clarification on menu shortages. “Three cheese” sounds a lot like “cream cheese” when you mumble into a microphone. Worker snapped at me and talked to me like a five year old. Horrible experience. The service has gotten as horrible as the food at this location. Shut it down. Pathetic.

Drive thru takes more than 20 minutes to get through with a minimal line and that's with placing an order via the app.No apolgies for the wait. They don't care at all.Never go there.

I work near there and never in my life have I encountered a manager that just did not seem to care. Also I ordered the nacho bell. The chips for whatever reason tasted like they got scooped out of old oil. To the point that I could not eat my food and my lunch date also ordered nachos. She also was not able to eat it cause of that same disgusting taste. Talked to the male manager about our visit. The man tall curly haired guy just looked at me like he didn't care. He then said" well I could remake it but it will be the same. I said no thank you told him I would not like it. He did not say sorry or even try to make it better. Just starred at us with a blank face. This is not okay.

Last night ordered food at 5:45pm not that busy, didn't get food until 6:20. No sorry for the delay. Another customer demanded a refund after waiting 20 minutes. Drive through was empty. 3 employees working in back one sitting at the counter working on the new signs. At one point she asked why they weren't making my food. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I know that this location is short-staffed. I do have some empathy for the team and I blame this on management for not working harder to find people.I ordered two items and it was not busy. The taco was cold. I've gotten foodborne illness from cold food so I'm a little wary. But it didn't have meat in it so it's probably fine. The chicken burrito seemed okay as far as temperature.I know it takes time you don't really have when you're short-staffed to do things like fold down the bag properly so the food doesn't get cold or put napkins in the bag (I got 0). That just means to me that you will have to take longer and again, I understand about drive times and all of that stuff. After reading the other reviews, I think that people in Neenah would be willing to wait an extra minute or two to get a better quality order and a little bit better customer service, given the circumstances.Please give us the opportunity to employee patience.Dietary restrictions: It's really easy to customize things when you use the app.
