Toms was my favorite burger for at least 15 years. I recently went to 2 different locations since not eating at one in a couple years. I was very discouraged. The burgers were bland. The lettuce in both cases was soggy and tasteless. Not that crisp fresh lettuce you look for. It was obviously multiple days old and really affected the burger. The burgers were burnt... I realize they are grilled.. but they did not have any decent flavor. I won't be going back again. The quality in their food has obviously diminished.

The Haddochwich was a major disappointment. Perhaps pictures of the end product would help in the decision process. Fortunately the Onion Rings were as good as always.

I have been going to this Toms for a while now and its been ok but not good. I went through the drive thru for dinner and got two burgers, fries, onion rings, 2 shakes and a chipotle chicken wrap. Even though they didn't have any customers in the building when I was ordering every time the server repeated back what I ordered there was a lot of talking in the background. Because of this she misheard me a couple times about what I was trying to order, but eventually she was able to hear me and get the order correct. When I got to the window I paid and got one of the shakes and then the food came out but they almost forgot to give me the other shake and mentioned it before she closed the window. So I get home and one of the burgers and the wrap had lettuce in it but the lettuce was so wilted in both that it was inedible. Also the fries were really soggy like they have been out for a while. I understand that fries will get a little soggy on the ride back but they weren't even good. I keep telling myself not to go back to this Toms drive in and drive to a different Toms but I keep hoping that this one will get better but it just seems to be getting worse. Maybe if the employees focused on their jobs instead of talking we would be able to have better service.

Mozzarella sticks weren’t hot, inside looked like cottage cheese. Ice cream blast was not mixed! Turned out to be an expensive snack?
