Very slow service, the lady at the drive thru was very rude to me. On top of that the workers are very obviously being mistreated by managment. Very disapointed.

Slowwww. Chilli cheese fries had almost no cheese and very little chilli. I didnt get a fork or napkins. That made eating in a dark car interesting. I wouldn't have even gotten fries had I known what id get. Paid a nice price just to throw them in trash when I got home. I'd like to see new owners succeed but having doubts. I've been going there for years when I pass through but will definitely hesitate now. $16 for a cup of water, double burger and chilli cheeseless fries, ehhh. Might just make a kwik trip stop and grab a gut bomb for a few bucks next time.

Grand opening = $1 coney dogs & $2 sundaes!¹ I wanted JUST CHEESE on my dog, but they couldn't figure out how to ring it up....1 coney dog, ADD CHEESE! Then just don't put the meat sauce on it..... seriously? $2.53 for a cheese dog! IDTS?² Then the sundaes no longer have nuts as an option! ??♀️So very disappointed. I'd fully intended to buy 5 dogs w cheese & 2 sundaes. Instead, I just had one dollop of ice cream w hot fudge only. ?I won't be back.

Went through the drive thru. Took forever to take our order then when we got to the window our order was canceled??? So we re-ordered and it took 17 minutes and they still didn't get the order correct. If we hadn't paid, I would have drove off.

This was a nice A&w. Genuinely is a good find on a 2 hour car trip. I would say generally it seems like a pretty safe place to eat. It's a great stop if you have car troubles cuz there's no Riley's nearby as well as some mechanics. So if you ever need to get something fixed and Neilsville at this A&w is a good spot.
The food was horrible. Had to wait a long time for food when we were the only ones inside. It cost $21 for 1 hot dog, 1 hamburger, and 2 drinks. We won't go back there.
