I stopped eating at cousins years ago unfortunately. I live in the lake country area and the cousins subs by me is below average. My parents wanted subs yesterday evening and they said this is their favorite location.I ordered a meatball sub and a cheesesteak sub for my husband. I ordered the cold veggie.To my surprise, my husband had two subs that were not only fresh and delicious, but fully loaded. My cold veggie had fresh veggies on it.The customer service at this location is outstanding. The gentleman who was working the register last night was super cool and friendly.When I am in the area, I will definitely return. The best location I know of.

It is amazing how one, incompetent and apathetic employee can cause so much chaos and render a business completely unable to perform its core function. Thanks to one such person at the New Berlin Cousins, and the completely shabby service we received, we will not be returning there anytime soon.

Not what they used to be. It feels like they have much less meat than before, and the bread seemed almost stale.Not the acoustics of the 90's like I remember. Still an enjoyable sub none the less.

They turned off the app for online ordering………????? Didn’t know that they could even do that…I wasn’t able to order when I tried several times to,….all it said was oops something went wrong….!! the app or store didn’t let the customers know they weren’t taking orders on line..Of course I wasn’t able to use my rewards either so I was stuck paying full price ……….catch 22food was not as tasty as other cousins subs either maybe the bread or not any seasoning not sure.. I’m have been getting these subs since the 80’s
