I came here for the first time today and it was simply an awful experience. I walked is there were atleast 3 people waiting on their order.I stood at the counter atleast 4 minutes and not 1 employees acknowledged the fact that I was even there.No eye contact, no we will be with you shortly, simply nothing.Needless to say, I won't be back to this location.

Like the food here....however I ordered 2 orders of the garlic bread, which there pictures made it look like actual baked garlic bread.....however, I instead got 2 loads of there white bread. I'm hoping this is just a mishap on the store instead of firehouse false advertising.

I’m not a big review guy, but thanks for trying! Not everything can go perfect and sometimes things are mess, but the employees here still try, I’ve seen them swamped!!!! And way behind, they really did/do their best. And they’re never frustrated with it. These days effort means the world to customers! You have some great employees, I wish I knew her name (middle aged woman) always in there working her tail off with a smile and thank you.

Food is always perfect and exactly what I ordered. Nowadays that seems to be not the norm at most places. Always very clean and friendly.

I'm never disappointed at Firehouse Subs!! The portions are very Generous! Service is always very delightful,very friendly and professional! We are all not perfect, and things happen, this has happened only twice to me, and they were not big enough problems to cause a problem, they caught it, the issues. In all the years they have been in New Berlin, they always make it right, with no qualms whatsoever! The Restraunt is always very clean, and plenty of seating, they even have catering! The prices are right, especially for the portions! Some of the money goes to First Responders! It's a win win!! The very nice and professional gentleman I dealt with this last time gave me a card with the name Chris Standlee on it. If this is his name or the owner they both run a very good business!! Thank you so much! Good restaurants are hard to find.

Stopped in after watching a matinee movie. Got a hankering for a sub sandwich. Chose the medium New York Steamer. Very hot and delicious! Definitely a very busy place waited about 10 minutes which is reasonable. Prices are above average, but it's to be expected with the economy. Anyway, staff was very cheerful, helpful, and polite. Percentage of the receipts always go to first responders. Great cause!Restaurant was very clean. Plenty of inside seating. Definitely a return trip.

I honestly can't get enough of these subs! I like the fresh bread & the amount of meat they give you. This time around, I tried having the bread toasted. Have to admit, I (personally) didn't care for it that way. However, I inhaled the sub because I was hungry! (Lol)
