Ordered because we were in the area and needed to grab food in between events. Sandwiches/order was accurate. Ordered with a future pickup time to make sure sandwiches weren't sitting for too long. Store made the sandwiches over 20 minutes early. As two sandwiches had mayo or oil/vinegar, sitting for 20 minutes is not ideal. Noticed receipt had a huge "DELAY" notation on it, which unfortunately was missed or ignored.

I order online from this store and they tend to not follow instructions on receipt to let people know the order arrived.Today I ordered again, and it took 40 minutes to get here even though they normally deliver within 15 minutes. They again did not let anyone know it was delivered and the app does not update you that it’s here. I had to check several times to see if it was here. I’m trying to be understanding, but it’s getting very old very quickly. Please follow the instructions that are printed on the receipt as they’re there for a reason.

This place never fails to disappoint. Always the go to spot for everyone when working at Burghardt Sporting Goods right down the road from this location. I usually do in store pick up and its always ready within 30 minutes. One time i picked up food while I was on a knee scooter and a worker offered to take my food and drink out to my car for me. Kickin Ranch is so good. Triple chip Cookie is amazing. I always get the hunters club for lunch on the weekends or for dinner on week nights and that will never change. Always reliable, fast, and taste great.

I had my food set outside the elevator. The receipt was greasy for some reason. The sandwiches are good. I always had good service here. Maybe next time.

Unfortunately my sub was made incorrectly. The delivery was great but the sub was not. I ordered the ultimate porker and it came with 1 slice of bacon, lettuce, Mayo and 3 slices of ham. I requested cucumbers and oregano and neither were not put on the sub, and the usual tomatoes were not put on the sub. Not to mention only 1 slice of bacon…? Lastly, I requested that it be cut in half which clearly it wasn’t. That so much isn’t a big deal but missing most of the toppings is inexcusable.
#87/2022This Jimmy John's located in the Milwaukee Wisconsin suburbs of New Berlin. I did not visit here I got food delivered here. So therefore even though I was beyond hungry and I have used Jimmy John's when I'm on the road before I do have to say I have to make sure I wasn't going to be biased in my review typing it because I was so hungry.But like any Jimmy John's they do have delivery which is a good thing when they do have drivers. We all know living in this post covid world sometimes things don't always go as smoothly as advertised and it's always best to call.Anywhooo.. I pulled in my customer in the middle of the night went to sleep for a 9:00 a.m. delivery here in New Berlin. So while I took him awhile to unload because it's a load of tires they're not very fast and they never are you're used to that you're going to wait a few hours of a whole load of a thousand tires to be unloaded. Belly started grumbling and gripin what else is new? Nothing on my end lol.So I decided do I want to go wait until they finish emptying me out and then go eat and possibly kill more time I didn't want pizza that early but I noticed it was a Jimmy John's right down the road with some decent reviews Google and Yelp. So I decided why notGive store a call told them where I was located at also told guy I'm a truck driver and I'm on the back side of the building where the loading docks are.They said that'll be fine I gave him the address I'm in their target range so no problem there.Ordered up one of my favorites the number 10 Hunter's club the only difference I like to do now because I substitute the mayonnaise for the Dijon mustard boy does it make a difference too. And it just comes standard with things I like lettuce tomato and I also added some vinegar and oil lightly. I also requested for it to be cut in half and wrapped separately because I was doing dashboard dining.Ordered the bag of Jimmy John's chips the regular and a bottle of Diet Coke.Only thing it's really changed with JJ's is they used to be freaky fast and they really were freaky fast you would call and you swear the guys making the sandwich was the one you were talking to because boy they would be blasting out of there fast and like sometimes within six or seven minutes your food was getting delivered.Well times change and a lot of times there's not as many drivers so they do get the sandwiches prepared fast however the only difference is sometimes you might wait a little longer I waited almost 40 minutes. they were short on drivers and this is a very heavily industrial Park area with a lot of slamming business they do plus you have deliveries coming in come on the app not just phone orders and I basically called my order in at lunch time. I understood that. the bottom line for me how is the quality? that's where I look at.About almost 40 minutes later I got a call from the driver he was on the other side of the industrial park asking where am I at I told him he came over I gave him a nice tip and I proceeded to take my bag which was all nicely all wrapped up pulled out the two nicely wrapped separate sandwiches thank you very much the bag of chips and the diet coke.First thing I noticed this franchise Jimmy John's does a great job on Old School Jimmy John freshness. It's the first thing I noticed the bread was nice and fresh and the lettuce was looking nice green and crisp and the tomatoes were ripe and red. Everything was perfect I couldn't ask for more other than a little bit quicker delivery but it was all good I'm not worried about it. Would I use this Jimmy John's again definitely would not hesitate to use it again if I come back to deliver tires and I want just a sandwich instead of hunting down some breakfast. So that's the only thing you have to get used to now they're not always freaky fast on the deliveries sometimes you have to wait a little longer but it's the way it is nowadays I wasn't worried abo

Honestly, I eat there at least once a week. People friendly and accommodating. I always get the number one sub with a medium soda. Sometimes potato chips. I've been eating that same meal there for years. Strange but true. Of all the sub shops this is definitely my favorite.
