I’m very Proud of Luis as he is doing what he loves and bringing a taste of Puerto Rican food to Wisconsin. My grandparents have talked about the red bus for weeks and I finally got to go! It was delicious and the bus is a really unique place that I definitely recommend! (Also for individuals with food allergies/intolerances there are plenty of options - I was able to order a gluten free, dairy free and garlic free potato ball with chicken)
