The last time I ordered from MOD, they were having a rough time: their machines were down, they ran out of dough, and all this was happening in the middle of dinner rush.However, the way their employees conducted themselves in this stressful situation was both highly professional and a testament to the care they have for their customers. They were able to provide various options for crust (gluten-free and cauliflower), refund orders that needed them, and gave out free drinks and coupons for a free pizza for the inconvenience.I definitely feel bad for those employees, but the way they handled a situation out of their control and still deliver a delicious pizza will only solidify my dedication as a customer to this company.

Food was very good. I intentionally ordered extra for leftovers for lunch and that kept well.It's rather difficult to get to the place during the road construction, especially at night, but that is only temporary and I hope the construction doesn't hurt sales too much. Traveling for business and this is a place I would return to, but after the construction is completed.

Came in after a packer game and had road construction chaos to get in. After coming in both Kayli and Ayyub greeted us and welcomed the patronage! Had a great experience and even had a chance to speak with both (as construction has put a damper on business) both gear employees and they (Mod Pizza) are lucky to have both hard working youth represent their business.

I just arrived at the shore wood location and there was no service. I tried calling but it was automated to place an order. 3 customers in the lobby but no worker. I was waiting for like 5-8 min and no one came to the front to welcome or at least tell me there was going to be a wait. I just had to leave.

First the good. We wanted small servings and the mini pizza and mini salad options were perfect. And the food was good. The not so good was that I was charged for a large salad instead of a mini salad. I thought the end balance was incorrect but I was never offered a receipt so I didn't figure it out fast enough. I'm not saying don't try this place but ask for a receipt.

At mod pizz in New Berlin tonight left big tip despite one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Order takers acted like they didn't want to be there and you were taking up their time on the phone talking to them. Will definitely be a while before I even consider eating there again! Too bad actually liked going there before...

The gluten free pizza was amazing I haven't found a gluten free pizza this good for as cheap as it was it was only $13 for a custom gluten free and for how good it was I would have gladly paid more.
I visited this MOD location last Friday, July 21st, for lunch and was so pleased with the experience I came back today - with a friend. The pizza was made just the way I had asked, and the toppings were plentiful and delicious. The service was exceptional, especially with Carlos and the crew serving during midday. More than simply friendly, they seemed as though they were genuinely happy to have us as their guests. AND, I was able to claim a free cheesy garlic bread reward from the app!

The workers here need to improve on how they act/present the business. There was loud music coming from the back office dropping swear words while there were kids around. Music is fine….but maybe put a station or playlist that is work appropriate. The one worker was eating on the boxing up/prep area….. I don’t have a problem with workers eating but maybe just keep it in the back. The food was ok but have had better at different Mods. It was kinda just thrown together.
