Have no idea what’s going on at this location. This is the second time that I have eaten there and something in my order was really bad. I. had chicken and rice soup (which is my favorite there) that was so thick the spoon stood straightup and if needed I could fill a hole in my wall with it. The rice was disintegrating or mushy and hardly any flavor. Come on New Berlin location! You used to be the best location around.

The drive through wasn’t even that busy but I waited 20 min for a bowl of soup. I got to the window and 2 min went by. No one came to take my payment. I ended up just leaving.

Had ordered online to pick up in drive thru. Tell the screen I'm there and they have my order back there. Wait in line for 15 min, pull up to the window and wait another five. They then come to the window and give me my order. I then look down after driving for about five minutes and it's not my order. I go back inside to get the right order and it takes about ten minutes to be able to talk to someone. They ended up giving my order to someone else and had to remake it. I clarified I wanted silverware as well, I get home and there is no silverware in the bag. Will not be returning.

I enjoyed meeting my friends for coffee every morning. I always have something to eat. Once-in-a-while, I meet in the early evening for a cup of coffee .
