Good pizzas. It's easy to order on line and the web site is well designed so you can build your pizza exactly like you want it. I always get the really thin pizza dough and usually bake it longer than they suggest to get a super crispy crust. I also add some of my own toppings... like tons of onions and tofu "beef"

I love Papa Murphy's. Often my family orders the 14" $10 Tuesday Pizza's and don't mind cooking my own pizza. Recently they came out with the Pan Pizza and it's a 14" two topping pizza special for $11.99 until the end of 2023. When I think "Pan" pizza, I think of Edwardo's pan pizza or Gino's East pan pizza that has tons of red sauce and the ingredients are thick, and this Pan pizza from Papa Murphy's didn't hit my expectations. I would call it a thick crust pizza, not a pan pizza. It tasted okay if you are a thick crust person, but I normally order the $10 special as thin crust. I was expecting more red sauce than a normal pizza, and it tastes like it has less - probably due to a much thicker crust. Just 3 stars as it doesn't taste bad, but didn't hit the mark on "Pan" pizza in my eyes.

I called ahead at 5 minutes before closing. They still took my order and serviced me even though it was after 7. The only thing missing from the 5-topping pizza special were the mushrooms. They had run out of them.

We ordered 6 pizzas, for $100, on Thursday afternoon. We paid for them at that time. We asked to pick them up Saturday morning at 11:15am. The kid who took our order said he would have them made Friday evening so we could pick them up Saturday morning. When we arrived Sat morning they had no idea about the order. They were not made. We asked for our money back. Today's work ethic is absolutely ridiculous. Way to go parents on coddling your kids to the point of them being stupid and irresponsible. Good luck with your business. We used to get at least one pizza a week from you but never again.

4 kids were running the store and the guy in front of me said he was the only customer and he waited over 20 minutes for a pizza while his other food sat there and got cold.. when I went to pick mine up it was done wrong and they had to remake it which they did... Not happy with this

Tried gluten free crust for the first time this week. Pizza was great. Would have liked ability to order size larger than medium, but that was a minor inconvenience. Significantly more expensive, however.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free crust as well as cauliflower crust, which means those with celiac have options.
On the website it said the pizza can be cooked. When I am during my lunch break, I try to get all meat pizza and it cost me 17 dollars. What shocked me is the pizza is raw. He told me the pizza store doesn't have oven. I am hungry and have to work. Good luck on the business. A pizza store without oven

Tried to order online but couldn't find the $10 Tuesday pizza deal. Tried to call to place and order but couldn't get through. Decided to walk in to place my order. There were 3 people hanging out behind the counter, not working. I asked to place an order and they said they aren't taking walk in orders. I said well I tried to call on the order. The girl said that they don't answer the phone when they have too many orders. She said they were only taking online orders.
