I ordered a pasta with breadsticks and a large hand tossed one topping pizza. The pasta was mostly empty. And the pizza was so thing, like paper thing, barely no cheese or sauce. No flavor on the pizza at all. My food was also cold when I got home 5 min drive or so. Would not order here ever again. I wish I can upload the photos. I will stick with Dominos. Some advice, clean your entrance door it looks disgusting.

I ordered a carry out pizza from this location. I received an alert via the app that the pizza was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store and it was closed, locked up, and no one there. I called multiple times and got a recorded message that they were open and would I like to order. After contacting their corporate X account, I received the message copied below from this locations General Manager:.i the gm of the store gave you your food for scott we werent closed u came in and picked up your pizza so im not sure why you would say we were closed down when you came to pick up ur pizza and evreythingI cannot believe how poorly written this is, in addition to being completely false. If this is how the GM’s of Pizza Hut operate then they have a serious problem.

Ordered pizza and wings… was suppose to get buffalo mild… these brown and burnt wings came… never seen brown buffalo sauce… tasted terrible. Called in and the guy said “ the wings are just dark”. Pizza was great… wings TERRIBLE. Pizza Hut not fixing it also

Absolutely a trash establishment, and it's a shame. I love Pizza Hut pizza, just not this store. Missing food items are common, errors or just unapproved changes to the order. Had one of the staff members cuss us out because he forgot to drop off the drinks and they changed our desert item without telling us "if we didnt like it we could f--- off". That's honestly what the delivery driver said when we called to get a credit. Plenty of other options out there, it will be the last time I order from this store. Use at your own risk as many have pointed out.

Doesn’t answer their phone so a refund is difficult to process if items are forgotten. Had to reach out to their customer service line and file a report in order to start the refund process.
At least this store doesn't eat your food and the district manager doesn't scream PROFANITY at you and if issues this store checks the video tapes of their own camera before anti make karnen screams at people who actually restored cars over a million dollars in value..some are the CEO of pizza franchises...facts..this store I correct with respect...

Do not recommend. We have tried this location 3 times over the past 4 years. Well, three strikes and you’re out! After being updated that delivery would be an hour late, I asked they remove the delivery tip and I would come pick it up. The “manager” told me he was cancelling the order and there was no need to come because it would be in the trash. Very rude and poor customer service. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from! I wish I would’ve read the reviews on here because I will never order again from here. I ordered a deal of two large 3 toppings or specialty pizza with cheese breadsticks and a 2 liter of root beer. This was almost 70.00. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza one of them was all veggies and an additional 13.00 dollars, not to mention the delivery came from door dash as opposed to Pizza Hut! One of the pizzas were fine and the one I ordered specifically with vegetable toppings, was burnt, only had mushrooms and black olives on it and the stuffed crust portion was flat. I called the store to get a refund, like I said this was almost 70.00 dollars. The general manager offered me a credit to Pizza Hut and specifically only for their store. The problems just piled on from there because I wanted a refund and refuse to use this store again. The general manager was rude and was arguing with me. He hung up on me the first time I called and refused to give his name. I am nowhere near done publicizing this store and exposing it for the nasty, ignorant people as well as it’s horrible pizza! Do your homework before you order pizza anymore, I’ve never been so embarrassed and disrespected in my life. They say the calls are recorded and I can’t wait to speak to corporate!
