I was at your new Berlin store today to get a heart shape pizza as i do-every year. I arrived . at 5 pm was met @ the door by a young girl (employee) who said they were not taking any orders until 5:30, I said ok and went inside to wait. At 5:30 I went up to the counter to order, and this time was told by an older woman that now I can't ORyder till 6 pm. I was pretty annoyed at this point but, I waited again. At 5:45 a man walks in goes up to the counter to order 2 pizzas and breadsticks, the kid at counter said to him were not taking orders until 6, and the guy is like so I cant order? the kid proceeds to take his order and the man walks out. he waited like. 2 minutes, meanwhile there was still people waiting over an hour for their pizzas. This is not acceptable and something need's to change next year. I finally got a pizza and breadsticks and left, and there were people still waiting to order. Your managers need more training I hold them accountable not the teenagers they had taking orders and calling out numbers out of order.

Not the Rocket Rococo’s I remember. Salad bar is gone I imagine COVID did that in. Instead a side salad. The cheese on top of the salad was melted. I won’t be back.

Pizza and breadsticks were really dry and over cooked. They don't give you enough dipping sauce for the breadsticks. The cup was only half full !!

Food is usually good depending on time of day that you go. Late afternoon and you may get some rubbery slices that have been under the lamp for some time. Also the soda machine at this place always seems to either dispense terrible tasting drinks or it seems like it needs to be replaced or cleaned, likely the former. Friendly staff though that is willing to help.

Went there several times now,told them it was for dine in, they never bring the pizza to the table anymore,had to go to the front and ask where is the pizza ? They go in back and it's sitting on selves. The pizza was cold!! Finding a new pizza place!!
