We went there for lunch for the family, I was taking it home. There was no one in the restaurant before or after I ordered. I ordered 5 meals plus 1 extra fry. We went and grabbed our sodas from the machine and waited at the counter. The cashier walked over with 3 bags, I asked "is that everything", he said "yes", I peeked in and I looked ligit... well we got home and were missing 2 fries. I don't understand how we can be the only customers of his and he missed 2 fries. I was really disappointed because my kids love fries and I made sure we would have more than enough and then left missing two. I guess moral of the story, no matter how long it takes make sure EVERYTHING you order from here is in the bags. I'm quite disappointed because this was the first time I ordered Wendy's and now I'm not sure I will again. The food was good, fresh lol considering we were the first order for lunch!

This is a great Wendy's location. It is very busy around lunch time but the employees are always doing their best and very kind. I hope the employees ignore all the entitled and rude customers.

Had an issue with a manager not making my food fresh. But I complained to upper management and got it resolved right away. Best service and food I've had at wendys thanks to the stores GM Angie. Thanks so much for handling the issue promptly and I will definitely be back.

Went to the drive thru at 7 at night with a mobile order. Not a ton of cars in the drive thru yet it took 45 mins to get my food and be on my way. Used to be such a good location. What happened? Let’s bring more inner city into suburbia. Nothing like getting your food that’s cold and nasty when the location was not busy. They forgot my sauce for the nuggets. Not worth the time to drive back. Everyone seemed confused what to do. Do better please
