Lovely swiss bakery. You can tell and taste the authenticity in all of their baked goods. The molasses cookies are delicious! I definitely recommend New Glarus Bakery.

Had the best time experiencing downtown New Glarus and found this cute bakery with AMAZING Rum Balls. The best I’ve ever had! I also picked up a turtle for a sweet treat. We purchased some cookies as well that were so good. Will be sure to return on our next adventure to New Glarus. Be sure to stop and support this local business.

Unfortunately I was just at this bakery after visiting the New Glarus Brewery. We ordered several items. 1 was a fudge brownie which I found a hair embedded in. Another was a 6 pack of apple cider frycakes that were raw in the center. I took the items back and they did not offer a refund but gave me 2 donuts out of another package and said the rest of ours should be fine... They however were not. They did not refund the brownie with the hair only offered another brownie. Gross.
No need to travel to Switzerland when you can get authentic, delightful Swiss delicacies in New Glarus, WI. Becky and Kathy show two of their many Swiss bread selections. They also had Linzer cookies, Anise Springele and Bienenstitch. (Hope that last one is spelled correctly...) If you're in New Glarus, or passing through, be sure to stop in and grab a true Swiss treat!

Having lived in Switzerland, and discovered Swiss baked goods, I was overjoyed to find an authentic Swiss bakery in New Glarus, WI. With their astounding array of breads, cakes, cookies and other Swiss delicacies, it's a delight for the eyes and taste buds. Stop in and treat yourself too!

While we were wandering around exploring historic downtown New Glarus we passed the New Glarus Bakery. Since we were a little hungry we stopped in for cookies and a pastry. We got the Swiss Croquettes and a Turtle Cream Filled donut. They were delicious! They have a nice variety of cookies and pastries.
A little touch of goodness with Swiss flare.
