Three times in the last 2 months I ordered an egg mc muffin and a hot vanilla latte. They give me a mc griddle . On 4/6 I ordered an egg mc muffin and a hot vanilla latte and got another mc griddle and a cold vanilla flavored coffee. This food isn't cheap anymore this is getting hard to dismiss. The people at the windows are not listening to what is being ordered. I try giving them the# of my order, or I tell them exactly what I want and it still gets mixed up. When I pulled into the lot this evening the place was swarmed with customers. I knew I’d be waiting a while. And while it took 25 minutes for my order, the young kiddo that brought it out to me was super friendly and despite the chaos still had great customer service!I have never had a bad interaction at this location.
