Ordered online for pick up. I was 20 minutes late from the ready time and the order wasn't even stated yet. I left to grab a couple items from Woodmans and then returned to pick up my order. Wasn't good at all. The cheese curd burger had rock hard buns so I just ate the burger part with a fork. Nothing special. The side of onion rings were soggy and cold. The order of wings was OK after reheating. For $42, there are far better choices out there.

I usually don’t give food reviews but this time I want it to give the buffalo wings a try for the first time and I end it up completely disappointed. I order french fries, a whole big box had only 12 pieces of fries (for 5$!?) and 4 different flavoured of boneless wings. Those wings were covered with so much bread , I was chewing for 2 minutes to get to the chicken, and the flavours didn’t taste that good either. I don’t know what went wrong. Now I know that I don’t wanna try Buffalo wings anymore.

Ordered online at 5:25pm for "ready at 6pm". Arrived at 6:10, order was not ready. There were over 10 people waiting for online orders. Order was not ready by 6:45pm so I demanded a refund.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Slow and terrible. Did an online order and it said it would be ready for pick up at 5:30pm. Was told it would be about “3 minutes” then saw one of the workers grab my ticket to START my online order. I have been sitting here waiting and now it’s after 6pm. Ridiculous.

I’m glad the bathrooms smells clean but having the smell of the pink things that sit in the urinals all the way out in the dinning room is not appetizing

I really need employees that care about the customers' food, especially when it's in the takeout area. I got there 10 minutes early for my pickup and was told 10 more minutes. Fine food would be ready on time with the apps time. Finally got my food 30 mins later. I would say it sat there getting cold for those extra 20 mins. Cause when I got home I about 5 mins from restaurant and when I went to serve the food it was literally cold. I had to try and reheat the food to eat and that basically made it horrible. Will not ever go back to the location on Howell Ave in Oak Creek.

Not sure how this location is still in business. They have the worse customer service. Young folks working here who have no care in the world! Truly a disappointment every time we go. I try to give them a chance and then always regret. Today (11/22/23) we placed pick up order which was buy one traditional wings and get one for 50% and side of onion rings. Our total ideally should have been around $20. The cashier named Dorian charged us $31.77 not sure where he got that total from and than kept on insisting my husband to pain in cash. Definitely some sketchy stuff is happening. I wish we had more wings options in the oak creek area because this business particularly the oak location does not deserve anyone’s business. Shame on this location and the poor training from their management. These folks never answer their phones always goes to an immediate music/on hold music.

The mozzarella sticks came out nice and hot. Our boneless wings were absolutely terrible They came out within three minutes of us placing our order they were hard they didn't have enough sauce on them Very unsatisfied. And the place didn't have a lot of business so I didn't understand why the food didn't come out HOT?!! 40$ +

We usually just get it to go, and it's tasty food! We went on BOGO boneless wings Thursdays, but when I checked the order at the car we only got the 10 (not 20) so I had to go back in and get the rest of the order. Been having to check them more for smallish mistakes the last few times, but that doesn't deter us from going. Sit down is awesome but if you're getting it to go, just take that extra step and check your order... It's a long way home and back if you are hungry LoL

We ordered food today on the app. We arrived at 12:15 to pick our order up like we were told to. We didn't get our food until 1pm. Food was all cold and clearly sitting. No excuses or anything from the staff. Not even an im sorry for the wait. I get being short staffed or slammed, but they were not. Barely anyone was dining in the restaurant. If I were the general manager of this location I would be embarrassed. Heres another idea, how about you pay your staff a little more and maybe they would care a little more. Your resturant basically stole our money.
