Came through the drive thru 3/3 at 7:30pm. They said they had no whopper patties. The guy at the window was super rude, had me wait close to 10min for my food, was on his phone the entire time even when he was charging my order. Made me very uncomfortable because it almost seemed like he took a pic of my credit card. And then he basically shoved the bag at the end. The worst experience. Now I have to call my bank and cancel my card.

Ordered online & picked up in the drive-thru. First was told that they had no shakes, even though I ordered one on the app. They had me pull ahead & wait for the food. When I got home to look at my receipt, not only was I still charged for the shake, but I was also missing my 16 piece nuggets, which I was also charged for. I tried calling, but no one answered. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for an email from their customer service to see if I can get my money back.DO NOT GO HERE!

This location is horrible. I pull up and they have a truck parked waiting for food. It takes them about 2 minutes to even acknowledge I pulled up before they take my order. I order 2 items. They tell me to pull up and wait too. Truck sits another 5 minutes. I wait almost 15 for 2 items!!! Maybe if the employee at the drive through wasn’t on a personal call on her cell phone and actually doing her job, service might be better. I can only imagine what they are doing in the kitchen. I won’t be here again that’s for sure!!!

Went into the restaurant doing lunch time, no one was at the counter even when I shouted a "hello ". There was an employee at the front door of the store who saw me, but he didn't help as he was smoking a cigarette. I don't know why this store is still open ?
There were only 3 people working today and as they were very nice. It took 20 minutes for my order. Really nice people but understaffed horribly. I will come back because it is 1 of the better Burger Kings in the area.

The wait just to take an order has been absolutely ridiculous every time we go. We just waited 10 minutes because my husband and I had a bet on how long they’d take to actually come back to the drive through and take our order. I’m shocked people still go here.

This is a rare, 5-star Burger King. On a Saturday morning we had stopped for breakfast and were happy to see everything run as it should. Proper greeting, accurite order taking, and hot breakfast food (and coffee) produced quickly. The two guys on duty were friendly and pleasant. One fella came out and asked how everything was . . . . . when does that ever happen ? On top of that, the location was very clean including the men's room !And, the place was very quiet allowing us to engage in conversation without the usual distracting piped in noise some call "music". A great experience. I wish other locations were run this well.
