Thanks for never putting sauces in ever. The reason I go to the drive thru is so I don't have to take a bunch of kids in and out of the car....except I always have to. Even though I specify exactly what and how many sauces I'd like.

My order was made incorrectly, to the point where it could not be fully consumed. When it was brought to the attention of the store manager, all I was offered was a fake sorry with no intent to rectify the mistake on their behalf. Great customer service! ?

I come to this Chick Fil A often and the service and food is usually very fast and of good quality. I like that the quality of the food is very consistent and I feel like I always know what I am going to get.However occasionally, they will mix up my order with someone else’s and give me the wrong food. This only happens maybe 1/8 times so I just try and check my bag before I leave.
The staff and the manager was quite charismatic and attentive.Kid-friendliness: The cashier was so friendly with my daughter.

Their spicy Chicken biscuit with egg white is my favorite breakfast item to order. Their regular and spicy sandwiches are all good. In my opinion they have theonly legit Mac n cheese for a fast food restaurant. Their spicy chicken wrap is one of my favorites and their salads are also legit. My favorite is the Cobb salad.

We went thru drive thru at 12:54 pm transaction #4409. We drove away and realized as passing out food that we were missing 8 PC nuggets. Too far down road to go back. Please double check your bags so it doesn't happen again.The order given was correct just forgot to put in nuggets.
