Everytime I buy coffee here it tastes terrible and the donuts are stale. This place used to be nice.

The stores employees do not know what a veteran discount is. The employees can barely speak English. Making it very hard to communicate with them. It seems to me that this Dunkin Donuts is hiring foreigners instead of American citizens. I will not eat at a location of which undermines America and its principals.

1:50pm, I ordered 3 things, coffee, loaded tots, and a blueberry muffin…what I got instead was regular tots, my coffee was 5 sips and gone because the amount of ice that was in it, and I got a coffee muffin instead. The fact that my order was that messed up is insane. I was not able to go back inside because I was on my way to work. I was charged for the loaded tots as well and did not get what I asked for. Absolutely ridiculous service. 0 stars ?

Again tried dunkin donut for a breakfast sandwich which are awesomeAsked to use bathroom ? just like I asked at another dunkin donut location last week and got the same answer that they didn't have the keys I told them I don't believe themThey want your business but don't have the courtesy of a public restrooms

Wisconsin Farmers Markets
I was there yesterday. I had to wait quite a while for someone to wait on me at the counter. While he was making my order, I went to use the women’s restroom. The door was locked. I went up front and asked him if I needed a key to unlock the women’s restroom. He said no it’s broken. Use the men’s room. I went to use the men’s room. The door was broken. The lock was broken and it had no toilet paper. When I went up front and told him this, he said yeah I know.

Should have read reviews first. Customer service is poor. Just stared at me until i ordered. Came in about 10am, store was empty, no one in drivethru. Every single table is dirty. It's nearly 80 degrees outside, and yet hotter inside. No AC going. I left to sit in my car because it isn't as uncomfortable. I'll find another place to work from now on. I do love the Dunkin Midnight coffee though, that's the only positive.
