Constantly delivering my orders to the wrong address (4+ times), once sent me the wrong order and the delivery driver calls me directly to argue that they gave me the correct order when it was 100% wrong, not a single item was mine. I gave JJ a few month wait, and ordered tonight and received mayo on my sub when idk if its even possible to order mayo on what I got. I called to get a refund and was told I can only get a 1 free sub coupon. I ended up having to request they bring the right sub, but it shouldn't be this much trouble to get the worlds most simple sandwich. Definitely avoid ordering delivery from this place, its an absolute disaster.

When I receive my order, the food is good. All the times I have ordered delivery they never deliver to my address, today even! I have the building number in the delivery address AND the notes even. Don't recommend ordering delivery from here because you never receive it (especially living in an apartment) and when you call about an order that shows delivered but you never received, it never fails you WILL get hung up on. Either order in store or from a completely different location

We ordered to go. We wanted 4 ham slims, a #10 add avocado, and a #8. We got 4 #1s, and a #10 add black hair, and a #8. We should have only paid about 35 but paid 51 due to the #1s not being slims and after I pulled black hair from my teeth and paying extra for avocado and not getting that, I am very upset. I tried calling several times and can’t get through.
