Their wings have the texture of being boiled. The worst wings ever. Then they drizzle sauce on top. Absolutely shameful to even serve wings to customers that way, we even chose well done online and we still got served rubber wing. They never have plates or napkins for their customers. I'm sorry, but I have gone to this location since I have been in high school, Papa John's fell off but I suppose no fast food is what it use to be. No pride in the food they make.

I ordered from them all the time and never had an issue until may last order. Had a deliver time scheduled and the pizza never came. So I called and there system that puts me on hold hangs up on me twice. Then I actually got a person on the phone and explained what happened and my name, again got hung up on. Tried calling two more times and got hung up on. Next thing you know, got a text from the delivery service saying my order is coming. I got the pizza over an hour past my scheduled time and on top of that, it was cold. My guess is that they forgot about my pizza until I called about it. Very disappointed about this order. You would think a scheduled order 3 hours before delivery would an easy one to manage.

We ordered for work it wasn’t a bad delivery driver it was the manager when I called to inform them we found a black hair in the pizza doughHe made a remark “ima red head so it’s not mine!” We weren’t looking for a refund or a replacement but at least an apology since one of my co workers bit it and pulled the hair out her mouth! But oh well they lost us for sure never again! Next time be more considerate of what you say to your paying customers! Seriously and then you offered a free one next time like I said we weren’t looking for anything else other than a sincere apology because it’s our lunch hour and we wanted to enjoy a hot meal but you seemed so inconsiderate as if it couldn’t be anyone else from your store since you said “no one here has that type of hair!”

Lazy people don't want to work anymore around here. In town visiting stopped in a place a carry out order. I was instructed I can only place it online. No thanks! Too many other better options out there.

Seriously super kind and the food was great. Came here on valentines night and the workers were working crazy hard and were so kind and made sure to always keep us in the loop. They handled the craziness super well. Love me some papa johns!

Called to make an order and was told "we're not taking orders we're busy" and got hung up on.
This place has gone down hill. Extremely. The workers are gross. Using their hands to touch the food, going on their phone, touching hair/face, walking around doing stuff then continue to touch food (both the guy making the dough and the guy getting the stuff out the oven). I saw firsthand. They are slow. They get orders wrong. They call customers "liars". They overcook or undercook items. Many times delivered wrong things. You name it they've done it, the list goes on and on.....I will never order again. Toppers it is! I might just have to report them to the Oak Creek Health Department.

I’ve never had a pizza delivery from this store arrive on time. I continue to order from here because my daughter loves their pizza, however, I strongly suggest not ordering delivery from this store unless you possess an ABUNDANCE of patience.

Ordered delivery Sunday 1/14 and it arrived around 7pm missing items. I tried calling the store and was unable to get ahold of anyone for 10 minutes. Finally got ahold of a live person, but the guy who answered lacked the patience and competency to find my order despite me giving him all my information. He insisted I must have called the wrong store and kept trying to search me in another store. I insisted he was wrong, as I was calling the phone number on my EMAIL RECEIPT from the store I ordered from. He then told me I didn’t have to give him an attitude and I requested he put me on with someone else because he was clearly an idiot, at which point he hung up. I then contacted corporate for my money back and have yet to hear from anyone about the refund on the items I never received. I will NEVER order from this store again. I hope the worker who answered the phone learns how to be a functional worker, because he was horrible and highly unprofessional.

Do not order from here. They gave me wrong pizza. Manager at night was super rude. After hours on phone w their c/s dept, they insisted they refunded me but my bank says they did not. Have to go through bank dispute. STAY AWAY OR CHECK ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE
