I never get Starbucks at this location because a year ago first time coming my frap wasn’t the same like on Drexel the baristas are stars there they make my order great each time they never miss .. but today I made a mistake and ordered through the app at this location so I had no choice but to come .. and like before the baristas don’t know how to make drinks even with the ingredients .. have to be passionate about serving drinks or they’ll never come out right…drinks weee watered down horrible .. best location is Drexel 5 star workers there

I will say most of the staff looked as if they were trying hard.My order was 15 minutes late & my daughter was almost late for school. One woman 's order was supposed to be ready at 7:50, and she was still waiting at 8:25!If staff cannot keep up with demand, then App orders should be turned off or have realistic times. I know they pushed my daughter's order ahead, but so many other people were waiting & I'm sure they were unhappy with us.Starbucks charges way too much for this kind of issue. Sadly, everytime we come to this location, service is slow. So I know it wasn't just a fluke.

I got yelled at by an employee for reaching over the counter to grab some sugar for my coffee are you guys serious? Why dont you guys just put the sugar back to were it used to always be so we can just get it ourselves?!

3 strikes, you're out! I ordered online in advance and waited over 15 minutes. I saw that it was extremely busy, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. A few days ago, I waited over 20 minutes and was getting an attitude from the employees when I inquired if there was an issue. Today was the final straw. 27 minutes after I ordered, i received everything that I ordered. They forgot my sandwich and seemed disgusted that I asked about it. So many in store customers looked irritated at how long it takes to receive service going inside the store.

I love my bucks! I just can't frequent them as often as I'd like. They're just waayy too expensive to have as a regular stop on my way to work every day. And now, especially since I found out that if you want any 'extra base' in your refresher? You'd best cough up an additional $1.00 for that tiny splash! Simply Greedy Ridiculous! Over $6 for a 24oz venti, that's really about 18oz. of Water! Still... I LOVE my 'kids' who work there. They're so, so sweet and just Adorbs!Vegetarian options: Grilled Cheese...To Die For!! Egg White/red pepper Bites w/Siracha... Perfection!
