i'm type 1 diabetic, i have to give myself insulin well before i eat anything otherwise my blood sugar could go dangerously high, and it's really bad for my organs. i have lost count of how many times they have given me a regular beverage when i've asked for zero sugar, not only does it suck not getting what i ordered but it affects my health. really sucks you can't trust workers to pour the correct beverage in a cup

Vegetarian options: Everytime at this location they messed up order. Clearly I ordered black beans Crunchwrap or any vegetarian order they put beef on it I said 6 out of 10 order they made its wrong also they don’t give you an every item in order. Staff have kids who are not taking their job seriously. And when I went this time to change my order to beef to bean the kid just didn’t apologize and anything This location is getting worse in vegetarian order day by day.

Absolutely ridiculous. Food was cold and half of our order was missing. Claimed to have made sure everything was there and it wasn't. Not to mention, the employees were all sitting outside when there was a large line in the drive through. Sounds like a sketchy and never coming back.

It seems like there's something fishy going on at this place at night. They only accept UberEats or DoorDash orders, and when I tried the drive-thru, they claimed to be short-staffed and wouldn't take my order. However, they said they'd let me order if I paid cash, but they insisted on a $10 tip per item. Management should be aware of this scam. Obviously, i am not coming back

Taco Bell are getting worst. Used to have hard taco which crunchy when get home. Now ... CRUNCHY TACOS fall apart and can't eat tacos by hand must use spoon. LOW quality taco shell and HIGH price. Plus take a long time to order and take out.
