Just tried the Chicago style pizza last night and it was great! Great sauce and 1 or 2 slices are more than enough to fill you up! Easy online ordering

Unfortunately, every time I get a pizza for delivery and I’ve given them so many chances it’s burnt underneath! Why is the “COOK “ burning the pizza underneath and not setting a timer? Is this how the servers serve the pizza in the restaurant burnt underneath? This is not acceptable by any means . Is the cook checking underneath the pizza before he put it in the box to really see what he’s boxing? Is this restaurant really caring about what type of pizza they’re sending out for delivery?

Visit Di Carlo recently after they reopen under different management on Tuesday night for a girls nite out. We were greeted by Frankie and his Uncle Joe behind the bar. We started with Seafood grill and Burrata salad , they were absolutely delicious. Had some great wine from their wine list and were very happy with the choice . After that we had a two pinsa's, creation of former owner of Di Carlo. So Delicious , great atmosphere, ambiance and always pleasant. Strongly recommended to try the pinsa and the pasta selection is amazing. Thanks Frankie for fun time.Vegetarian options: pinsaKid-friendliness: yes

Love their calamari but it seems to be decreasing in size every time I order them. Family also likes their pizza.

Good pizza when it’s made good but today they burnt it. I came in Friday march 8th and the older white lady is rude she doesn’t give me more then a few napkins when I ask and she’s generally unpleasant. Everytime I come the price is different. I think there overcharging me because I don’t tip on a carry out. I tip servers, delivery drivers very well but since when do we tip on pick ups. What did you do? You went back and handed me my food. I worked at dominos in the store and I barely ever got a tip on a carry out and I didn’t expect it. I also didn’t give bad service if I didn’t get a tip. This tip on pick ups stuff is getting outta hand. I’ll never come here again I don’t trust this place and the plates are always dirty.

We had a fantastic dinner for my son‘s birthday. It was a large group of about 15 people. There were rave reviews around the table for all of the entrées, the calamari, eggplant, and orange Cheney were fantastic appetizers. The pasta, pizza, and salads were made with very fresh ingredients and tasted delicious, the service was outstanding, especially considering the size of our group. We will definitely be back.

So me and my husband wanted to get dinner after he just got his tattoo done so we walked in and asked if they had a place for two and they seated us. The moment we sat down, our server Joliat came up to us and screamed asking if we knew what we wanted we told him we just sat down and that we wanted a moment to look at the menu. When he came back like 20 minutes later, we ordered bruschetta, which was the only good thing we had that night. I asked him if I could please have some balsamic glaze. He proceeded to tell me they don’t have any of that and they only had balsamic vinegar.then we went to go order dinner. This was the second time we saw our server I ordered the cheese ravioli my husband had the lasagna ricotta, both meals came with a salad and garlic bread. Our server asked us if we would like to upgrade our salad for a small cost to the burrata caprese me and my husband both agreed. However, when we got our bill, we were shocked because two salads were $25.90. That is not a small charge and I understand this is a fancier restaurant it’s going to be more expensive but for our bill which was 92.82 at the end of the night, we could’ve went to Zarletti downtown and had - much better meal than what we had here at DiCarlo. The garlic bread literally tasted like something you could get at the grocery store you throw in the oven and warm it up and it was still cold when we got it. The cheese, ravioli and lasagna had absolutely no taste to it. It tasted like it was premade, and they just unfroze it. Nobody came to pick up any of our empty dishes from the garlic bread or the salads or bruschetta. We had them all stacked in the corner with our empty water glasses and we were probably about halfway done with our dinner before somebody came to take away the plates, our server came. This is the third time we only saw him and we asked him for the bill at which we were very displeased with the service we received and how rude he was. We paid the bill with the little machine. The waiter brought to our table and clicked no tip. He then proceeded to say what no tip and we said man we saw you three times and you were rude to us each time. This was the first time ever that I’ve never tipped my waiter or waitress in my entire life. The manager of the place went around to every table, asking everybody how their meal was and me and my husband were in the corner. Never got asked at all. We were totally ignored, and we even tried to flake him down just to get a refill of water.the table next to us never got their appetizer that they ordered and also that lady ordered a sparkling water because she wanted have it on the way home and the same waiter literally said what you’re not gonna drink Your bottle of water and proceeded to opened it and put it in a glass after she specifically said, she wanted to take it home with her.I was very excited when I found out this place reopened because I used to love it but under the new ownership, it’s absolutely terrible. I will never be going back and for now on I will be going to a much better Italian restaurant than this especially for how expensive it is I would rather spend the 40 more dollars and have a luxury meal downtown .

The food was pretty good and came out at a reasonable time, the waitress was very kind and patience with our party of six The birthday di Carlo special was very good and would recommend.

Yummy! I'm happy di Carlo has opened again, as we moved to Oak Creek just around the time it had closed and never got to try it. This place makes for a nice night out with family or a perfect date night, as the lighting, seating and decor is so romantic. Servers were very kind. I would have liked to have seen the food have a little more flavor, but it was good nonetheless. Excited to come back to try their pizza!
