Only got 1 star because the food was good. At the restaurant for almost 2 hours while being ignored by our waiter. If you have all the time in the world to waste it's a good option. Just be prepared to wait extensive amount of time to have your server visit your table.

Went here on 4/13/24 Went here with a friend for lunch. Now that the days are getting warmer- they have outdoor seating. Inside is welcoming. Very clean. Laid out nicely. Many options in the menu besides burgers. We both ordered bacon Cheeseburgers. They offer up 2 choices of fries. The burgers were huge. Fresh and made to perfection. Everything was perfect. The person who waited on us did a great job for us. Rough us out beverages right away and the food came up pretty fast even tho the place was pretty busy. I met the owner. Very nice lady. This is a privately owned establishment. Love supporting local places. There is more than one of these places. I think she said there are two others? But they are all privately owned. Great place to take your family, friends or kids to. They have plenty of tv's if u want to watch a game. They also have music videos playing in some of the tv's. Great atmosphere. Very well maintained/clean. Until the next review, Steve-O, out!

Our waitress was really inexperienced. She never checked back on us at all. We ordered drinks from another waitress and they showed up when we were already done with our meals. The food was ok but nothing special.Don't think I will be back. Lots of good places to dine in Oconomowoc.

Awesome Bloody Mary. Also the prime rib wrap was very tasty. My daughter had chicken Parmesan sandwich and loved it.

To share a little bit that the food was good. The bad part was I ordered the food from doordash. As good as the food was it still too over an hour and a half for 12 wings and some steak fries. Hopefully they are able to improve the time it takes for the fryer.

The atmosphere and server were both very nice. The food however was terrible. I ordered a makers mark burger medium temperature. The burger was so dry I could barley eat it. My guess is they are all frozen patties because the meat was tasteless. At a 16 dollar price point I expect the burger to be much better. I now understand why during lunch time there was only 3 tables full. I would suggest the taco Bell across the street. The food is probably fresher.

My son chose to celebrate his birthday with family here. This was the first time for all of us.We had immediate seating. The atmosphere was very nice. Our server was polite and had a nice smile.Four out of give of us ordered burgers with fries. Two of us paid $2.50 extra to have sweet potato waffle fries.We were all served at the same time with one person having fresh hot fries, and the other three had just warm fries.I had ordered a Badger Burger without the garlic sauce and the burger to be well done. It came with the sauce on and pink.Because the price of the burger and fries was a little more than $18, I decided to let the waitress know. To that I had to get up and go find her.She did come back to the table and inform us that the chef was making me a new burger and they were also making us hot fries.It all sounded nice.The picture I have included is of the SECOND burger that was supposed to be "well done". We were served fresh hot fries, but not the sweet potato waffle fries we had paid extra for with our original order.The food itself tasted good, I was more disappointed in how the chef did their job.On a side note, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill.I will be finding a new restaurant to try.

Many folks assume this is fast food or only burgers. I have not eaten fast food for decades and dislike meat. Yet we had the delicious pretzel appetizer, amazing salads, and cannot wait to try the salmon options.Service was excellent-- We were actually approached by two staff members minutes apart!The nostalgic atmosphere provided our favorite music videos from the 1960s-1980s.Great job Kelly and team!

We arrived at 5:30pm and were greeted by a friendly hostess who said 20 minutes wait. In 20 minutes we were seated, so far so good! Our waitress promptly greeted us and took our order. Drinks arrived right away and were good. The two of us each ordered a badger burger with fries. 45 minutes later, still no food but our waitress got us each another beer. A full hour later our burgers came. Both were way over well done, dry and tough. ( we ordered medium ) Not much flavor, the burgers were topped with some bacon that was practically raw. There's no way that crappy burgers like this are worth $15 each. Nobody wants to wait an hour for a bad burger. With a name like Badger Burger, one would expect a better experience. Cross this place off, they don't deserve your business. Very disappointed.
