Can’t get an order correct. 5 Sundays in a row we walked into the restaurant, ordered 3 bagel sandwiches and not once did we get the correct breakfast sandwiches. The woman at the register even sighed while watching more people walk in as she was finishing up our order. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great bagels! Any time I am in that area, I make it a point to stop in. The sesame bagel is a favorite, as is the jalapeño cheese bagel. The sesame sliced with cream cheese and ham makes a nice meal. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly.

Arrived just as they opened, and they were out of almost everything. The oven was broken, and normally, I would be pretty understanding about this, but it had been broken for 3 or 4 months, and it would be another month before they might get a new oven. Management has had plenty of time to figure out an alternative plan.Also of note your food should be prepared on a clean surface not a discolored cutting board with knife marks in it that is wiped down with the cloth you use to clean the knife used to cut bagels with meat and cheese. Huge cross contamination. I wouldn't do that at home and prepare on a tissue or clean surface. Yuck!I haven't been there in a year and a half because of the huge staff turn over. This use to be a great place to go and a great crew left.

Out of the bagels I drove 15 minutes for, AGAIN. Happened last week also. At 7:45 am they shouldn’t be out of the popular bagels.

Overpriced food, very small portions, & not the most friendly staff. Small selection of bagel choices. We were informed that their oven was broken. Hmmm. So, it was a learning experience.
I was there to get bagels for a meeting, when they started putting bagel into a paper bag I was shocked, I thought perhaps they were using that to collected them prior to slicing them. NOPE!! That is how they were giving them to me, a very thin and now grease spotted bag of unsliced bagels without a mention of knives or napkins. It all turned out OK because I dropped them in the garbage on my way out and drove by Einstein on my way to my meeting and got the professional looking bagel pack I expected from for about the same price.

One of the best bagels in Milwaukee. It’s all about the bagels. They will also mix and match ingredients in their breakfast sandwiches and have a amazing bagel selection. This location is larger and has good seating options.

Pretty good bagels but there is a full time middle aged employee (seems ginger bud maybe just blonde) who is always in a bad mood. Honestly I think about it every time I come in and ask myself if I really want a bagel that bad today.
