The Chili's Grill & Bar in Oconomowoc is an excellent location. They have excellent and friendly service from start to finish. The food is top-notch, especially the chips/salsa and skillet cookie. The restaurant/atmosphere is clean and located in a nice area. I would absolutely recommend this Chili's location!
We are always so impressed with this Chili’s! It’s refreshing to walk into a restaurant and be greeted by friendly warm staff and quick service! This Chili’s goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are pleased. Our food was hot and delicious!

Was seated and waited 40 minutes without acknowledgment from the wait staff, while several other tables were seated after and helped immediately. Saw several staff members gathered and visibly talking about/gesturing to us without anyone coming over, eventually decided to leave and told the host that we hadn’t been helped. Would not recommend.

I'd give 5 stars for service, but the service industry lacks the ability to socialize. I miss the days of playful and interactive servers. Now it's just tell me your order and on to the next guest. Server was polite by all means, but for five stars you need to be interactive and not be afraid to laugh and smile with your guests.
