Ordered cheese curds and a drink. It took a full 30 minutes to receive them and I had to go up to the counter to ask about my order status. Were you guys milking the cows out back? Were you aging the cheese in the office?

What a disappointing experience. No one at the counter when I arrived. Eventually greeted by a very rude women, who took me order. I ordered two blizzards, cookie dough and snickers. Didn't realize until I got home that both were cookie dough. Done with this place.

We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken and then another 45 minutes to receive our food. Which was barely lukewarm. Never again!!!! We will go to Culver's where the service is prompt and the food is hot. We bought gift cards and the cashier did not know how to do the transaction.

The person who took our order entered my child’s kid meal in as a regular chicken tenders basket. Then we didn’t get our order till after waiting twenty minutes. After getting the meal rectified, (which was like pulling teeth) my daughter and I went to get her free ice cream cone. The same person looked at us after taking a couple other orders and walked away from us. The guy who was taking orders was giving out the wrong orders to customers. The other person working wasn’t much better. I understand if you are short staffed and are trying your best, but these guys were worthless.

Young kids working. 0 customer service. We would of gotten something for 3 people, but sonvw she just took the order for one and gave the total the rest of us didn't get anything. We couldn't say anything at the window because this gal was to busy talking to her friend and quite frankly just didn't care We were there.

The employees were nice and pretty quick. My issue is the 60-70yr old women with the dog in a baby stroller inside the building. Pretty sure if I showed up with no shirt or shoes, I would be asked to leave. Not a place for an animal. They can live without you for a few hours. Leave the things at home or in the car. They’re not human children.

Understaffed. 25 minute wait in the drive thru with one other car in line. Lobby locked. Looked like 2 people working there. Not a fully operating restaurant.

ambiance is absolutely stunning very nice and clean inside. The food was normal fast food food, except the ranch is very disgusting and gross and runny and unappetizing in every way shape and form. Lastly the service on 11/03/2023 closing shift people were very rude and unwelcoming. They were counting down the time till we had to leave before they kicked us out. And I felt very uneasy and do not like coming here any more. I understand the closing part but to rush customers out of place we paid to eat is just so disrespectful. Screaming "5 minutes" so rude. Do not recommend. Otherwise give me my money back.

Dairy Queen truly exceeded my expectations with their delectable ice cream offerings. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu boasts a wide array of flavors, from classic vanilla and chocolate to unique and mouthwatering options like Cotton Candy and Oreo Blizzard. What really stood out was the quality of their ice cream. It was creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. The soft-serve texture was perfect and the portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for your money. The staff at Dairy Queen was not only knowledgeable about their products but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to help me choose the perfect combination of flavors and toppings. It was evident that they cared about delivering a positive experience to every customer. In addition to the ice cream, their signature Blizzard treats were a real highlight. The way they blended various ingredients together, from candy pieces to fruit, created a delightful fusion of flavors and textures.Overall, Dairy Queen is more than just an ice cream shop; it's an experience filled with sweetness and smiles. I left with a happy heart and a satisfied craving, and I can't wait to return for more delicious moments.

10/12/2023 at 7:00 pm.Was the only one in line with my family inside to get food. We stood there for 15 - 20 min while employees looked at us but never served us. They were only serving the drive through, which when we left was only 3 cars. We ended up just leaving. Never got talked to and never got food. Absolutely rude employees wouldn’t even acknowledge us being there.

Went to drive through, ordered and then waited at window for 12 minutes with no one opening the window. I knocked on the window and was looked at and ignored by a woman standing there so I drove away. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a drive through.
