Ordered a sausage, pepperoni, jalapeño, black olives and onion pizza. In place of onions I received green peppers which I don’t particularly care for. Pizza was only luke warm and a little overcooked. Employees were polite and professional.

Dropped a fresh large pizza as soon as I left the store :( as heartbreaking as that was the guys inside offered to not only clean up my za but they then offered me a brand new large pizza for free :)

Driver was great, but food wasn’t right, pizza cut wrong, wrong crust, didn’t withhold garlic sauce from tots. Excuse given was new employees. I’m a fat guy so I am sure to go back so we shall see. Have a great year everyone.

Apparently Skylar prepared my pizza to perfection and Daniyil delivered it but I wouldn't know because I NEVER GOT IT. ?♀️ They marked it as delivered when it was in fact never delivered ? Seriously, who does that!? ? Lay off the drugs kids ?

Placed at order online at like 4:30 for 6:15 pickup. Order wasn’t even being made until 6:20. Finally received my food at 6:35

They never put sauce on the pizza, and their website is defective garbage. Pay close attention to the prices. They remove all applied coupons/ discounts right when you go to pay.
Service is good when you get an experience worker otherwise you're already wrong. Pizzas are good though.

We ordered a small pizza, a new tater tots dish with bacon on them, & cinnamon bread twists. There was no sauce on the pizza, ordered marinara; no Alfredo.ssauce as ordered for tater tots dish; and no frosting, as ordered for cinnamon bread twists. Oh, and all was cold & in fact pizza looked like it was days old. When we lived in another town we had problems with their pizzas also so we thought we'd tried this new location here in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. But I think we're done three strikes and you're out.

I’m I’ve always had as good as possible service with this particular Dominos store. They’ve always delivered fast and the orders have always been up to par and I’ve always tipped well.Tonight I had a delivery driver by the name Gabriel go out of his way to make me feel ok about the fact that I didn’t have quite enough to tip him. As bad as I felt, this young man said don’t worry about the tip , I’ll be alright. I felt so bad but he said it’s ok. I don’t know what else to say to this other than Gabriel kept a smile on his face and genuinely seemed happy to have simply brought a hot meal to my home on time. He said simply “just tip the next guy if you stay able”. That sort of composure from such a young man humbled me.Thank-you Gabriel & good looking out. As a guy that takes pride in tipping well over the usual amount my whole life as I was tight to do, I felt ashamed. But instead Gabriel just said to me that it was no big deal , and that it was his pleasure. This young man is a good person. A “ real one “ for sure.Thanks again Gabriel.John D Forester II
