Rude server. Charged us for 5 things we didn’t order and then claimed she “couldn’t cancel it”. Very upset. Then she proceeded to ask us to leave instead of giving us our money. Overall RUDE. Not happy.
Right off the top, the floor being uneven had me freaked out when my coffee slid on the table without touching it ? food came in fast, hot fresh and ungreasy.. but sadly not made with love. Give that cook a radio!! Small portion, unmelted cheese slices and burnt eggs ? Never burn the eggs!! Very friendly and attentive waitstaff. Perfect view of the police station across the street.. if you're into that. I'd come in again if the place cheered up a bit!

We decided to stop for a quick lunch, and in and our quick was the full expectation. That was achieved. It has been a long time since I've eaten at a GW. The food quality just was not there. The server was not friendly. We fully expected greasy spoon service, but this was additude, like we were a thorn in their side. Not the service and food quality, I remember. ?

Great food, great service and was made fresh right there on the grill in front of us. Great place to stop off at, grab some burgers and fries, then jump back on the road. Safe location right across the street from the Oconomowoc Police Dept.Parking: Not many spots to park, but not a lot of people here either.Wheelchair accessibility: Front doors are on the same level as the sidewalk.
The waitress was a airhead, the cook was disciplining the waitress in ears & eyes view of everybody. And the cook sneezed while cooking & DID NOT wash his hands. Besides all the, the food was terrible!!! Never

Solid place!Over the I’ve been coming here and I absolutely love it. My favorite order is the George Double Webb breakfast early in the morning.The staff is great and the cook knows what he’s doing! :)

The waitress could have had a decent tip from me, but she came to my table once to toss down my plates. I paid 2.50 for a cup of coffee and never got a drop more. She just stood around reading a paper the entire time I was there. I wanted to leave nothing at all but I know how the service industry is, plus these rich people in Oconomowoc don't know how to tip themselves
