I Ordered a General Tso's Chicken lunch. I placed the order at 11:05AM. The order confirmation page said 20-30 minutes. I picked up at 11:35. The rice was fine, but holy cow, the chicken. The chicken was overcooked, but the breading was soggy and the sauce was really gelled. I am dubious that it was even cooked today. It's like they cooked it yesterday and then threw it in the microwave when I ordered it this morning.

We have ordered take out from here two times and have not been disappointed in anything we've received. The food is so fresh and delicious. We highly recommend the teriyaki chicken, the hot & sour soup, and the chicken with vegetables. Definitely planning to make this our go-to place for Chinese food!

One of the most rude employees in the area works here. You would think that after they get your order, horrendously wrong, someone with apologize. The guy running the register and on the phone acts like they don’t care if they’re in business at all.
These are the nicest people, and I’ve been eating here for years, but their son is the worst at taking orders, has a horrible attitude, and unfortunately they leave him in charge, and the past four visits my order has been wrong. I will no longer be going here. If you happen to order, make sure the mom is there, because she’s the only one who knows how to make the food you order.

Keep reading for the story.Although we've always been happy with the food (although mediocre), tonight I had to call to update an item that was no longer available via DoorDash menu. (It happens, right?!) The guy I spoke to was so incredibly rude. He sighed heavily (eye roll kind of sign) and then a second loud sigh left his month with an "oh my god" after I asked for a recommendation/made a decision for the replacement item. I was pretty shocked and said "sorry?" And it was then he told me that he "needs to use the restroom really bad". I told him to put me on hold and he said that he would just wait. It was all so bizarre. Bottom line the rude, unsolicited behavior is a big no for me.Hope management/owner sees this and is able to talk to the young man who was working phones on 6/20 around 5:30pm.

First time trying this place out, and will not return! Stale Fried Noodles, bland egg drop soup, small portions. Prices way too high for the product received. Example, $2.15 stale fried noodles here, $,50 fresh fried noodles at China Town on Brown St. More food for the money, and with great flavor at China Town. Save your money and go elsewhere!
