They make their own rules when it comes to using the coupons you receive in the mail. The coupons explain what is excluded so when I picked something else they told me none of the numbers on the board are included in the coupons I could only build my own sub to use the coupon and there wasn’t any signs up that stated what was excluded. I’ve never heard of that before I felt played.. subway you gotta do better I basically got a sub I didn’t even want in order to use the coupons smh

Staff and food were fine, but management does not accept coupons mailed to Area homes. I sat down, loaded the Subway app, but app would not take the coupon code. and did not allow me the discount or ability to use a gift as method of payment. Manager did override of system to give me $5 discount instead of $11, & it took me an hour to leave with sandwiches!

My order got mixed up and I got a 6" instead of a footling delivered. I called the store, and they were extremely nice and accommodating. I was offered to get a free delivery of the missing sub. It was delivered very quickly with a complementary cookie and lots of apologies. Left me feeling like a satisfied customer in the end ❤️?

This is by far the best Subway I've ever been to. It's extremely clean, the food is top notch, and the staff couldn't be more friendly.To anyone reading the reviews, just eat here. You won't be disappointed.I was shocked to see negative reviews until I realized it was mostly a bunch of weak minded sheeple who fell for the whole fake scamdemic virus hoax.After learning that employees of this Subway weren't playing along with the scamdemic mask games, I now want to support this business even more, every single chance I get. This all just made my sandwich taste even better.

Overcharged my by $7.50 tonight. Went with three kids. Got an adult meal and three kids meals. Charged me an extra $5.96 for 4 chips and then a mysterious $1.50 for a kids pack.

I promise I will literally drive out of my way to give my money to a subway that will accept a deal before giving my money here. I understand you’ll pay to use they companies likeness, image, delivery services, ect. Gladly as the recognition gives you (whatever semblance of which you happen to have left) business. But a coupon of which is reimbursed by that same company? That’s to much. If you need a reason to stop here, stop for the laugh to watch them stutter out a half hearted reason to not taking them.
Very disappointed that this location will not honor subway coupons. I will gladly drive the 10 minutes to other subway location that does accept them.

I am leaving a negative review because when my husband and I went in to get dinner. The food service employees were not wearing masks. The last thing my husband and I want is to get Covid-19 because the employees fixing our food were breathing on our food because they didn't want to wear masks.. So we left with out dinner.
