Very good food. Warmed sandwiches are very tasty. Quick service. They do sell ice cream, it is sold by the weight, not by the scoop, as a heads up.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, no steps or stoop. Can roll right on in.

One of my favorite sub shops and ice cream parlors. Great sandwiches and a nice selection of ice cream flavors you can have made in a cone (plain or chocolate dipped), sundae, or shake. If you decide to grab one of their many small condiment containers they offer, filled with pickles, jalapenos, banana peppers, or black olives, please check the contents before putting on your sandwich. My sisters black olives were moldy, which were brought to the attention of staff members.Vegetarian options: There is a veggie sub on the menu, but you could easily turn any sub veggie just by holding the meat or building your own sub.Parking: This location is in a strip mall with a large free parking lot. Disabled parking is an issue because there are more spots for pick up orders for multiple restaurants in the same mall. They also don't have the spaces between spots for a side ramp that may be on a vehicle to assist with a wheelchair.Kid-friendliness: Many sub options including a kids menu for children with a smaller appetite. Plenty of ice cream flavor options.Wheelchair accessibility: One pull open door to get in. Women's restroom is NOT accessible if you need to take your wheelchair inside the restroom. My daughter's chair did not fit, but luckily, she is able to take a few steps if holding onto her chair and sink ( the door was open by me). I waited outside the door for her to finish, then helped her get back into her chair when she was done.

Love it! 30ish ice cream options. Multiple cone choices. Made to order sundaes with your ice cream choice. Ice cream sandwiches are good too. We usually just get ice cream but the fresh made sandwiches are delicious too. My favorite flavor is "Exhausted Parent". Prices are comparable to other ice cream places. Bathrooms are clean too.

Good sandwiches and salad, nothing fancy or extraordinary but a consistent lunch place.

first of all i am very dissapointed because they were eating ice cream while talking to customers, and second. only put half of the ice cream in my pint. I was being patient but they kept yelling at me. I then asked for a sample of blue moon. and they denied my request. I used to love this store. but will not be coming back. very sad, very disappointed.

The past 2 times I have gone to The Chocolate Factory, my order has been messed up. Tonight I had to go back because they made the wrong sub for my son. By the time I got home with the second sub, I learned that I paid $7 for a piece of bread and 2 slices of ham. Again, not what we ordered. My fault for not unwrapping it before I left!! Go to Subway instead. At least you can see what you are getting before spending a ridiculous amount of money.

Always good sandwiches but music is so loud can't eat inside. My father in law won't go there anymore because of the loud music

Restaurant and ice cream shop located in a strip mall near downtown Oconomowoc. Limited indoor and outdoor seating but we were luckily able to snag an outdoor table. The interior booths look like they've been recently renovated. 2 cases of different ice creams and sherbert options as well as multiple cone choices. I enjoyed a turkey blackberry jam croissant- the combination of the sweet jam and giardiniera is my favorite. The soft, buttery croissant just completes the awesome sandwich. I did also try a scoop of the sticks and stones (chocolate) ice cream. The saltiness of the little sticks of pretzels and the sweetness of the ice cream was another great combo. Overall, really great food.Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor dining with no stairs. Tables near entrance.

You pay by the pound. Our 6 year old got 1 ice cream scoop and it was a little over $1. But our 13 year old got over a pound of ice cream and it was over $10! But they all loved the flavor options and cone options. It was delicious ?. Everyone loved the tiny spoons.Kid-friendliness: We brought our 6 kids and the staff patiently took all their orders. It was nice not feeling rushed.Parking: Big shared parking lot.
