“My husband and I went there for our first time last night and it won’t be our last. I got the tenderloin and it was cooked to perfection. Very good quality steaks and great house seasoning. He had the fish platter and said it’s one of the best ones he has had in Wisconsin. Had a fresh salad bar too with lots of choices. There was no wait for a table and the staff were all very kind and courteous. We look forward to going back again in the future!“

“My friend raves about their burgers here. They looked great, but I did not try them. I had a fish sandwich, it was delicious. After I ate my salad I was full, so I took my large fish sandwich to go.Vegetarian options: Great salad; large portion for price with lots of veggies.“

“Great people, Nice tavern. Always our #1 stop on our way to the hunting grounds in Florence county, wi the Friday of opening gun deer hunt season. They would put on a nice spread of “free help yourself” food. Brats, burgers, Wieners, beans, sour kraut, chips, sloppy joes, hot Turkey gravy sandwiches.... it became a family tradition to stop there every year.“
“We were just driving thru and saw their sign and decided to stop in for a drink. So glad we did. Ray and Kim are such nice people. Sadly we had just eaten a short while before or we definitely would’ve eaten there. They are very passionate about all their homemade food and they should be it looks delicious. They even make their own buns and rolls. We will be back for sure to eat.“
“What's there to say that's negative..bar service is always spot on. No matter how busy they are every one of the staff members are friendly and seem happy to see you. Food is always hot and fairly priced. And I really like the bar stools..“
“We had the walleye and perch dinners and all were pretty good. On a rating from 0 to 10, I would say 7.5. The service was Awesome, but they had 1 person bartender and serving and 1 person cooking, which was not good . The waitress/bartender did keep up the best way she could, and did a great job. We will go back.“
“We do a lot of traveling and use Yelp all the time. We found this place on Yelp and the reviews don't lie. The hospitality was amazing. And the food lives up to the reviews. I had the baked haddock with lemon and baked potato and my husband had the perch and said it was really good. We will be back.“
