Waited 15 minutes for two whopper jrs. Went to drive thru and was told to pull to the front of the building to wait some more. Get better service at a sit down restaurant. Never coming here again.

Guy with the goatee and glasses kind of heavier set was yelling and swearing and complaining the entire time. Also the other younger guy that was working making the sandwiches as well. Very very poor

I had the chicken wrap and everything was great. It was labor Day. It was well staffed, everyone was very polite and helpful. It was 3:30 pm. Not sure who was all working but that you for making my visit a great day.❤️❤️❤️

During lunch rush it would probably be a better idea to put someone on the register who Isn't so stoned ,she has no clue ..or is just sooo inexperienced she's not ready..used to like this one.. probably won't be back for awhile.

Their food doesn’t taste good and the service sucks. Pulled up to the window and the burger king employees and cooks were on there phones and it took them 5 minutes to give me one single chicken sandwich, and we were only the 49th order at 12:58pm when they open at 6am, i do not recommend eating here.

The food doesn’t taste good it was so bad I couldn’t even finish my food. The service was bad I ordered one sandwich and it took twenty minutes for them to give me my food. The whole time I was waiting I was watching the workers sit on their phone. And before I even ordered my food the lady couldn’t even hear me after I told her five times to give me a second after she walked away from me. I’m not happy about this and I will not be going back there ever again.

Waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. They locked the doors over a half hour before close just to wash floors and lost alot of customers. One kid sitting outside smoking and no one helping inside to service these customers in line waiting. Insane !!!

Had our daughter with and ate inside the lobby. The employees were constantly swearing, or being over annoying. In overly annoying, I mean constantly calling another co-workers name repeatedly over and over again. The employee that took our order had asked them multiple times to quit swearing, and settle down, to no avail. Will not be eating here again.

How can it be possible for the person at the drive thru window, not say 1 word to their customer? Not 1 word. Seriously!! It happened to me! Take note Burger King, there are serious training issues here or you have hired the wrong people.Just a reminder, a business depends on its customers in order to pay their employees. Empowering your employees to appreciate customers will increase your profit margin! Ask ChickAFilet!
