Great restaurant and bar. I've been going here for the last 10 years, and I have never been disappointed. The penguin is definitely better known for their delicious wings, and their daily specials are always a hit and at affordable prices. The alcoholic drinks are pretty pricey and little heavy-handed but are still great.

I do not recommend this place. I went there and waited for over an hour. The first time for my food I figured well. They might be busy so I let it go. The next week we went back in again and waited over an hour again. And other people that came in after us got their food. How is a little upset? And when I mentioned it, they told me they had a lot of to go orders which they did not because I was watching.. I got all you can eat wings.And when I was ready to leave. I had a few wings left and asked if I could take them with me. They said no, but yet the guy next to me asked and they gave him a to go box, the Waitress I had was rude. I just wanted to pay and get out of there.The food was ok, but not the greatest. The atmosphere was horrible.

Overall good place. Waitress/bartender was very helpful, though it seemed like only one person working the front end and a few (2 or more) working the kitchen. She was handling it all, including the phone orders. Very pleasant and checked on us regularly. Kids ate all their food and they were kind enough to custom make a sandwich of one of our picky eaters. Cafe ish feel with a bar area and high top tables so good for kids or non-kiddos. A few Arcadish games too.

So we were having a peaceful day until we walked in your horrible bar to take a quick bathroom break. As soon as we walked in everyone looked at us judging. They then kicked us out because we weren't customers. Terrible service They didn't even politely ask.

Extensive menu for a small bar in small-town Northeast Wisconsin. Medicorce food. Wings are really good. Burger, meh... Patty Melt...meh.... Chilli, amazing. Huge portion. If you think you want a bowl, a cup will be sufficient.

Excellent food, excellent staff, and very family friendly. This one of my picky family's favorite places to eat! I have eaten most of whats on the menu (but not at once) and have never been dissapointed. The staff has never had any issue with the odd requests my family has like sauceless pizza with no seasoning, or "soft" chips :). It's a great place to eat, relax, and chat with the staff and other customers!!
