We ate at Gondola for the first time on Saturday night. The food was excellent! I love Italian food and this chef hit it out of the ballpark! My beet salad was scrumptious and my gorgonzola gnocchi with prosciutto was phenomenal! We will definitely be back. It's so nice to have a restaurant in Lake Country with gourmet level food. There aren't a lot of them.Parking: Plenty of parking

Waitress was great. In the past food was amazing. But tonight the pork belly and veggies were both terribly overcooked.

This place is seriously a gem. Their pastries are TO DIE FOR. Coffee is excellent. My fiancé and I love to try new coffee places and honestly this is in our top favorites. Highly recommend the Gondola Bistro!

Great food. Wonderful wine list. Cozy atmosphere. Everyone in our party of 12 was raving about their food. The owner is a nice guy who made some nice wine recommendations.

This bistro has it all! Great atmosphere, excellent wine & cocktails. Then you move onto the dining portion. I had the seafood Alfredo, wonderfully creamy with scallops & shrimp - delicious! Husband had the Bolognese, ate every bite. We will return again. Great staff and the owner took us for a tour of the shop & coffee lounge area. Give it a go, great place to go!

Staff was very kind. Overall was okay, a bit on the pricey side and took a while to get our items, which were not at the levelto which we paid in my opinion (egg was fairly cool.) Maybe just an off day?

This was my first time here and I was lured by the Giving Tuesday fundraising going to Blessings in a Backpack. So we arrived about 10:30 am and found a cute little cafe with a nice menu of coffees, pastries and more, all reasonably priced. The owner, Linda was there and she explained that they serve morning and evening, from breakfast to wine/spirits, and dinners. She also mentioned various events and music throughout the year, which sounds really inviting. I was not sure what to expect but the pastries and coffee were really great. Everyone I was with enjoyed their selections, and we sat in the larger room which I learned also houses occasional music and dining tables. The venue is minimalist and comfortable which I like and it is also handicap accessible (that's a bonus.) We found others working at computers at their tables so it is a good location for that use also. I learned that in the evenings the area across from the cafe (same entrance) is where the bar area is, but the seating area is for both menus. There is plenty of parking in front and in back, and I look forward to trying outdoor seating in the warmer weather. I look forward to my next visit as I know I have yet to experience all Gondola Cafe has to offer. I think we found a nice little gem.

Everything about the Gondola works. The menu is great with something for everyone. The staff works hard and creates a great experience. We had the scallops and the veal porterhouse. The scallops were very tasty. The veal porterhouse was absolutely amazing. We also had the bruschetta and beet salad.Try this place! You will not regret it.Dietary restrictions: They can adapt the menu to accommodate dietary restrictions. A lot of gluten free options. There are a couple vegetarian options.

Food is out of this world. Tonight, their wait staff called in sick, and the owner and bartender handled everything beautifully. Love this place.

A truly mysterious, romantic place with an Italian vibe. The owner is obsessed with being his own food critic & strives for the perfect blend of fresh ingredients, aroma, taste & presentation, he does it well. Our dinners, Fillet, Chicken Romano, Lasagna (special) homemade Caesar salads with parmesan crisps. The complexity of the flavor profiles was impeccable. Service was formal yet casual, comfortable & attentive. Spectactular wine selections, hint (the owner has his own wine seller). An old friend once told me "If the food is decadent, order desert" Delizioso! Gracias, Adoro il cibo
