Explicit rap music playing on the radio was less than ideal with kids. Food took in excess of 40 minutes to be served and it was brought out one entrée at a time. Had to ask where the other food was and still wait... they also charge 4% for card transactions. Restaurant was clean and the fries were good. It is also located in a convenient location for locals and tourists

I'm pretty critical when it comes to take outI RARELY give a 5 start. But man .. this place deserves it.I ordered delivery. Came in a very reasonable time frame. Even despite having to sit in containers for a little bit to get here. The food was absolutely amazing!!! I had the Mac attack burger with crack fries, my wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich with crack fries and we got our little one a grilled cheese with fries and we ordered a basket of the pretzel bites.The Mac attack.... Get it. It's one of the best burgers I've ever had.Wife loved her buffalo chicken and the little one devoured her meal!The pretzel bites were slightly crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. Paired with their cheese sauce it was beyond good!!I have zero complaints and glad I chose here for supper!!! Well done Crossroads Bar and Grill!!!I will be ordering again!

We finally went in on a Tuesday and it was great! It was very clean and welcoming, the service was great, the food came out quickly and I swear the french fries coming out in a cute little bucket make them taste better than any other french fries!!
The atmosphere is nice but our waitress had zero personality or customer service skills. The food was average. We ordered an appetizer, a kids meal and two baskets. When the bill came, each item was at least $1.50 more than shown on the menu. Each sauce we ordered was $.62 even though the menu said it was included. Not impressed.

We waited 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken just to wait another 10 mins not to get them. The waiter was too busy talking about emails with another table. The restaurant was not busy at all. We ended up walking out and the waiter never even noticed we left as his back was to us the whole time.

Just happened on this place by accident and I am so impressed. I cannot give enough stars to the service. Our waiter handled the whole room and didn't break a sweat. Everything on the menu looked amazing and our entire party was beyond happy. Tap beer selections where thoughtfully selected and wonderful. Thanks for a great experience.
