Sadly, something doesn't seem right with Cousins any longer. My last 2 orders have been on stale bread with wilted lettuce that was well past it's prime. Tried to stop on the other day for a sub but when i asked if the bread was fresh, i was told it was not, and they were out of turkey. I appreciated the honesty and once gave this location a 5 star review, but it seems as though their hours are all over the place and you never know if they'll be open these days.Vegetarian options: They have a large variety of somewhat fresh vegetables and meatless options.Parking: It's in a strip mall and there has always been plenty of parking for me.Wheelchair accessibility: Store has a ramp to the door for ease of access. No exterior buttons, but otherwise accessable.

I really like all of the sandwiches. The food is good. The problem is they are somehow so understaffed they are hardly ever even open.It is a shame. There is always a sign saying they are closed due to understaffed. When they are open, service is great and food is tasty.

Drove an extra 20 min after work around 5pm (a Thursday evening) to Oregon because I was craving a 18” club from Cousins. They had a sign up that they had to shut down early because of staffing issues. Ended up across the way at the busy Culver’s across the street. Definitely don’t want this place to close; I hope you guys can work the staffing out.

Unbelievable out bread at 12:50 pm. Soda machine out of order. I wonder how Cousins Subs even makes it in today's market.

The employees are excellent and the subs are fantastic. It's the hours of operation that are seriously wanting. I stopped by at 6:30 on recent Saturday evening, during their advertised hours of operation, and was frustrated to find them closed. This was not an isolated occurrence. Equally perplexing, I now find them closed during Tuesday night dinner hours. Well... I guess there are several other sub shops in the area who are open and happy to welcome new cutomers.UPDATE: Okay, I guess I should recognize that staffing can be an issue and may impact their business hours. Best laid plans and all. Frankly, the people who work here are so exceptionally nice and competent, and the food so good, I'll overlook their inconvenient hours of operation.UPDARE 2: Since my last update I've stopped by five times during their posted hours... they were closed each time. Downgrading to 1 star.

Love Cousins, but not open weekends and closes early weeknights. Unfortunately have to always choose elsewhere.

Any time I try to order Cousins whether it be through the app or in person, the place is always closed. If your location cannot stay open during the listed times so often, then maybe your business needs to find new employees or shut down and have something more reliable.

Should of read the reviews on this location. Website and door says open time is 10:30am. I showed at 10:40 and still closed. Waited in my car for an additional 5min before calling asking if they were open. Ended up being disappointed in the sun, tomatoes were mushy, and bread seemed to be old maybe yesterdays bread. I’ll stick to other locations from now on, which is sad bc I live in stoighton.

Cousins is my favorite "chain" sub place! Super yummy subs and a variety of options!

Great place to eat. They have very good deals and is worth the visit. Kiddos love the place and so do I.

This location is almost never open because they can't find any employees because they pay so poorly.

Service was fine, staff was courteous. However, the sandwich sucked. If your lettuce is old and contains brown, rotten pieces with that fermented iceberg flavor about it, just tell the customers you're out of lettuce. The bread wasn't the best either, compared to my past experiences. I usually hit up the Madison East Wash location, and it has given me a very good impression of Cousins. Had this been my first visit, I would probably do a hard pass from here on, on all locations.

Quick service and very good sandwiches. Very consistent quality with other ones I've tried.

The female that was at the counter was very friendly knew the answers to the questions I had and and the sandwiches were great
