The food is always good, but the delivery service is way too slow. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to make and deliver a sandwich, and then have that delivery be 20 minutes late on top of the 45 minute estimate. Especially when the restaurant is less than 5 minutes away. Staff was rude when talked to on the phone.

It's not fancy pizza, but it is good, solid, regular, reasonably priced pizza. The service is friendly, they make it quickly, and have always gotten the orders right. As far as your standard pizza joints, Domino's, little Caesars, etc. I think these guys are the best. You can get a good meal, quickly, for a good price. This is my go to when I'm feeding a crew of hungry construction workers. Look elsewhere if you want a 3 inch pizza for $30 with the finest locally sourced micro greens and artisanal meats. This ain't that. This is a working class pizza. It's here to do two things, be a pizza, and taste good. It does those two things well.

Very expensive for what you get. Basic pizza and wings etc. could be much better prices for the type of food and the inside is pretty nasty.

Ordered a pizza and large pit sticks, for delivery, and they forgot the dipping sauces. We called immediately, and we’re told it would be over an hour for someone to run them out to us (our address is about 10 mins from the store). Then the manager said he’d refund us for the pit sticks, which never happened. Very disappointed!
The Sausage Mushroom Melt pizza is delicious. The guy that took our order was very attentive and made sure everything was too our liking. Big thumbs up!?

I've ordered from this Pizza Pit for over 20 years and tonight my order was not correct, I called to explain my situation to a Joshua (manager). I began the conversation by telling me that food service workers don't mean anything to me, I never said that. He then began to talk over me and acting very rude and disrespectful and hung up the phone on me. I called back and he once again was rude, I have the wrong order and will NEVER order here again. Mike has always been super friendly, it's unfortunate this staff member was incredibly rude and very out of line.

Pizza was good, not the delivery. Was supposed to be delivered by 7:28pm, called twice after that time. Once at 7:40(something) 12 (+) mins after I was estimated to receive my delivery. The person on the line was extremely helpful at first and said 5 mins until delivery. After 8pm I called again and the person on the line said “oh is this ********(address)” I agreed. He said he was walking up and hung up. Waited 10 more minutes. Horrible customer service, but great pizza ??♀️

Great pizza. Small place that you don't find anymore. A bit expensive compared to other places but very very good pizza. Wish we didn't leave aowt 2 hours away. Can't find a place like this there.

Every single time my order is at least 40 minutes late. The pizza quality its hit or miss, if you don't mind it cold it's typically edible at least. I stopped ordering from here for a bit because itvis so poorly operated. Tried it again today. My pizza was in a pile in the box and they missed an entire topping. It was on time for once though! Never ordering here again I'll drive to stoughton
