The food is fairly good, but for the price I would expect a little more. The combo isn’t worth it in my opinion (was also a different price than on the board), but the bagels are very good on their own!

I go here a lot and the last 3 times have been horrible my order is never ever correct they add topping I don’t ask for and a turkey and havarti had cream cheese not mayo on it I don’t know why they just can’t seem to get it right anymore. Careless. Won’t be coming here

I used to go here all the time and the food was great. My last few visits have been awful. They continually have forgotten the sausage on my bagel and there was hair in my muffin. I know for a fact it was not mine because I am a blonde and the hair was black. Very disappointed. I understand mistakes happen but this is not acceptable and a heath code violation.

This used to be one of our favorite spots to get a good bagel breakfast. This time around though I had hair in my food and the cooks were not wearing hair nets. Disgusting!! We will not be returning!!

Would've been a whole lot better if my bagel would have come as I ordered it, but it came with tomato (which I said NO TOMATO). I mentioned this to one of the employees, she took my bagel back, they PICKED the tomato off the bagel, rewrapped it and brought it back. It still had tomato seeds and slime on the lettuce. Good thing I don't have a tomato allergy or that could have sent me to the hospital.
I hadn’t gone to Big Apple Bagels in Oshkosh in years. I went back today, anticipating the taste of the yummy Mediterranean bagel I savored in the past. I bought one today, the bagel was not at all the same as it was in the past. There was hardly any hummus, the bagel seemed hard and the veggies seemed scrimped on, as well. The price was high on their menu at $8.00. A disappointing visit.

Has gone downhill significantly. I ask at least 3 times to have my bagel toasted for my sandwich and have had a room temp sandwich the last 4 times. Unfortunate.

New ownership?? I used to come to this location often as I’ve always lived in Oshkosh. I hadn’t been in In maybe a year or two but the last three times I’ve been in recently it’s been so different. The employees all seem so unhappy and it used to never be that way. The bagel selection is way more limited now as well compared to all they used to have. Same with the cream cheese options and coffee drink options. Also weird and worth noting, but I got an egg sandwich and the egg just seemed plasticy and off. Just a weird experience the last 5 times I’ve been lately after having been a customer for 10+ years and always being super satisfied in the past. Kind of sad to see. Unfortunately there really isn’t another good bagel place in town.
