Got the ultimate nachos no cheese on it at all some sauce on the chips. Every time I stop which ever couple months something is wrong. Last time a guy out of nowhere slapped a drink in my friends face. Nobody said or did anything. Until I stood up when he walked out of the bathroom. Great place

This place is definitely understaffed, but regardless, the service could have been much better. My boyfriend and I stopped in last night just for a quick drink and some appetizers, but we ended up leaving before we got to order because it took too long. When we arrived, there was no hostess and there were about four groups in front of us that seemed to have been waiting to be seated for a while. Multiple waitresses walked past us without saying a word, and finally 15 minutes after we arrived, someone came over and started seating people. We were seated and waited another 10 minutes and nobody came to our table, so we had to leave because we were going to be late for something we had planned. I understand the waitresses were stretched thin and it was a Saturday night, but it would have been nice for somebody to at least have communicated with the large crowd of people waiting to be seated to let us know someone would be with us eventually. We ended up wasting a half hour and grabbing fast food before our plans. I don’t plan on going to this location again.

Love eating bww! But today 3/9/24 3:30pm. Walked in and im pretty sure the staff can see the 6 people standing at the door waiting. No one came up to greet any of the 3 groups at the front for at least 15min. Took my stomach elsewhere.1/24How about instead of telling us all to go fill out a form to make things right for us. The company actually does somthing about it at the location.

Don’t order online. They will not listen to the order and don’t pay attention. I’ve ordered carry out twice and both times they’ve completely destroyed my order even though the receipt is right there.

It's a really good place to eat, but don't order an uncommon drink. I even sent the recipe back and still came back with ingredients unlisted. I'm not supposed to have OJ and my drink came back with half of just that.
Service! There was none. Horrible, waited 15 minutes to get even waited on food came for 1 person 10 minutes later the rest of us got our food then we had to wait another 15 for a bill that never came actually had to get up and find a waitress to get bill to pay it. Never again.
